ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग ४, दिनांक १३ मार्च २०१२ मध्ये प्रसिद्ध केल्यानुसार सन २०१२ च्या महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्र. २ अन्वये महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ मध्ये दुरुस्ती करण्यात आलेली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, संदर्भ क्र. (२) व संदर्भ क्र. (३) वरील शासन निर्णयांनुसार तलासरी नगरपंचायतीच्या कर्मचारी आकृतीबंधास मान्यता मिळालेली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र नगरपरिषदा, नगरपंचायती व औद्योगिक नगरी अधिनियम, १९६५ मधील कलम १८९ (१३) नुसार मा. सर्वसाधारण सभेने दिनांक ८ जानेवारी २०१९ मधील विषय क्र. ७/१ मध्ये घेतलेला ठराव तसेच महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम १५२ मध्ये अंमलबजावणीसाठी व अनधिकृत बांधकामांवर प्रभावी नियंत्रण आणणेसाठी मुख्याधिकारी यांनी नगरपंचायतीच्या बाबतीत महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक आणि नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम १५२ (३) नुसार संबंधित अधिकायास त्याच कार्यक्षेत्राकरिता " पदनिर्देशित अधिकारी " म्हणून अधिसूचित करणेची तरतूद करण्यात आलेली आहे.

त्याअर्थी, आता वरील सर्व तरतुदींनुसार नगरपंचायत मुख्याधिकारी म्हणून मला प्राप्त झालेल्या अधिकारात मी, तलासरी नगरपंचायतीकरिता तलासरी नगरपंचायतीच्या मान्य कर्मचारी आकृतिबंधान्वये 'महाराष्ट्र नगरपरिषद अभियांत्रिकी (स्थापत्य)' नुसार स्थापत्य नगर अभियंता अथवा नगरपंचायतीचा संबंधित पदाचा पदभार सांभाळणारे अधिकारी/कर्मचारी यांना अनधिकृत बांधकामांवर तसेच अतिक्रमणांवर प्रभावी नियंत्रण आणण्यासाठी व कारवाई करण्यासाठी तसेच महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ मधील कलम ५५ व ५६ मधील तरतुदीच्या अंमलबजावणीसाठी " पदनिर्देशित अधिकारी " म्हणून घोषित करत आहे.

ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र झोपडपट्टी (सुधारणा, निमर्ूलन आणि पुर्नविकास) अधिनियम, १९७१ चे कलम ३ब च्या पोट-कलम (३) अनुसार झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन प्राधिकरणाने झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन योजना तयार करून दिनांक ९ एप्रिल १९९८ रोजी राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध केली आहे ;

ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र झोपडपट्टी (सुधारणा, निमर्ूलन आणि पुर्नविकास) अधिनियम, १९७१ चे कलम ३(क), उप कलम (१) अनुसार " झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन क्षेत्र " घोषित करण्याचे अधिकार मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन प्राधिकरण यांना आहेत.

त्याअर्थी, उक्त कलम ३(क) चे उप कलम (१) मधील शक्तीचा वापर करून मी, खालीलप्रमाणे अनुसूचीमध्ये दर्शविलेले क्षेत्र " झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन क्षेत्र " म्हणून याद्वारे घोषित करीत आहे. सदरचे क्षेत्र बृहन्मुंबई विकास नियंत्रण नियमावली, १९९१ चे नियम ३३(१०) अन्वये झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन योजना दाखल करण्यास पात्र आहे :-----

Whereas, the Slum Rehabilitation Authority has formed Slum Rehabilitation Scheme under the provision of section 3B (3) of Maharashtra Slum Area (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 and published in Gazette on 9th April 1998 ;

Whereas, in view of the provision of section 3C(1) of the Maharashtra Slum Area (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 the Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority is empowered to declare any area as " Slum Rehabilitation Area ".

Therefore, in view of the said provision of section 3C(1) of the Maharashtra Slum Area (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971, I, undersigned, is hereby declare the area shown in schedule as " Slum Rehabilitation Area ". Now the said area is open to submit scheme of slum rehabilitation as per regulation 33(10) of Development Control Regulation, 1991 of Greater Mumbai.

विद्युत कायदा, २००३ च्या कलम १६४ प्रमाणे व महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या आदेश क्रमांक ०६/प्र.क्र. ३१२/उर्जा/४, दिनांक २४ ऑगस्ट २००६ (शासकीय राजपत्र पान क्रमांक २८०) नुसार, महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत पारेषण कंपनीस प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारानुसार, खाली नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे अति उच्च दाब पारेषण योजनेचे डी.डी.एफ. अंतर्गत काम हाती घेण्याचे प्रस्तावित करीत आहे. या सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर प्रस्तावित योजनेतील विजेचे पारेषण, वितरण अगर महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत पारेषण कंपनी मर्यादितच्या समन्वय, संचलन व सुव्यवस्था या कामाकरिता पारेषण कंपनीद्वारे करण्यात येईल. जनतेच्या माहितीकरिता ही अधिसूचना देण्यात येत आहे.

२. खालील योजना त्या भागातील अति उच्च दाब ग्राहकांच्या वाढत्या विजेची गरज पुरविण्यासाठी व नवीन ग्राहकांना वीजपुरवठा करण्यासाठी, तसेच विद्युत पुरवठा तसेच विद्युत प्रणाली सक्षम करण्यासाठी आहे :----

(१) पालघर जिल्ह्यतील १००/२२ के.व्ही. कामन (GIS) उपकेंद्र उभारणे. (i) प्रस्तावित १०० के.व्ही. कामन उपकेंद्रासाठी १०० के.व्ही. पडघे---वसई वाहिनीवर लिलो पद्धतीने वाहिनी भूमिगत केबल टाकून उभारणे---१.५ कि.मी. (ii) ५० एम.व्ही.ए., १३२-१००/२२ के.व्ही. रोहित्र बे सह स्थापित करणे---२ नं. (iii) १०० के.व्ही. बस कपलर बे (GIS)-१ नं. (iv) १०० के.व्ही. वाहिनी बे (GIS) -२ नं. (v) २२ के.व्ही. बस सेक्शनलायझर बे (GIS)-१ नं. (vi) २२ के.व्ही. (GIS) आऊटलेटस् उभारणे---१२ नं. या योजनेचा अंदाजित खर्च रुपये ८८७९.७७ लाख इतका आहे.

(२) बीड आणि परभणी जिल्ह्यतील १३२ के.व्ही. माजलगाव उपकेंद्रापासून ते १३२ के.व्ही. पाथरी उपकेंद्रापयर्ंत १३२ के.व्ही. एकेरी वाहिनी दुहेरी मनोयावर उभारणे, (i) १३२ के.व्ही. माजलगाव उपकेंद्र ते १३२ के.व्ही. पाथरी उपकेंद्रापयर्ंत १३२ के.व्ही. एकेरी वाहिनी दुहेरी परिपथ मनोयावर उभारणी करणे---३५.५ कि.मी. (ii) १३२ के.व्ही. वाहिनी बे---२ नं. या योजनेचा अंदाजित खर्च रुपये २२९१.१५ लाख इतका आहे.

(३) गोंदिया जिल्ह्यतील १३२/३३ के.व्ही. देवरी उपकेंद्र उभारणे. (i) प्रस्तावित १३२ के.व्ही. देवरी उपकेंद्रासाठी १३२ के.व्ही. गोंदिया- आमगाव (ckt-II) वाहिनीवर लिलो पद्धतीने १३२ के.व्ही. वाहिनी उभारणे-४१ कि.मी. (अ) देवरी उपकेंद्राच्या बाजूस १३२ के.व्ही. दुहेरी वाहिनी बहुपथ मनोयावर उभारणे--३ कि.मी. (ब) प्रस्तावित १३२ के.व्ही. देवरी उपकेंद्र ते लिलो पॉइर्ंटपयर्ंत १३२ के.व्ही. दुहेरी वाहिनी मनोयावर उभारणे----३८ कि.मी. (ii) २५ एम.व्ही.ए. १३२/३३ के.व्ही. रोहित्र बे सह उभारणे---२ नं. (iii) १३२ के.व्ही. वाहिनी बे---२ नं. (iv) ३३ के.व्ही. आऊटलेटस्---४ नं. (v) ३३ के.व्ही. २ × ५ एम.व्ही.ए.आर. कपॅसिटर बँक---१ नं. (प्रस्तावित देवरी उपकेंद्र येथे) (vi) १३२ के.व्ही. १ × १५ एम.व्ही.ए.आर. कपॅसिटर बँक---१ नं. (प्रस्तावित देवरी उपकेंद्र येथे) (vii) १३२ के.व्ही. २ × १५ एम.व्ही.ए.आर. कपॅसिटर बँक----१ नं. (आमगाव उपकेंद्र येथे) या योजनेचा अंदाजित खर्च रुपये ५९६५.८५ लाख इतका आहे.

(४) नागपूर जिल्ह्यतील १३२/३३ के.व्ही. लेंद्रा पार्क GIS/Modular GIS उपकेंद्र उभारणे. (i) १३२ के.व्ही. मनकापूर-हिंगणा-I वाहिनीवर लिलो पद्धतीने १३२ के.व्ही. वाहिनी उभारणे----७.७४६ कि.मी. (अ) प्रस्तावित १३२ के.व्ही. लेंद्रा पार्कसाठी १३२ के.व्ही. दुहेरी वाहिनी दुहेरी मनोयावर उभारणे---३.२५ कि.मी. (ब) भूमिगत केबल---४.५ कि.मी. (ii) २५ एम.व्ही.ए. १३२/३३ के.व्ही. रोहित्र (GIS) बे सह उभारणे----२ नं. (iii) १३२ के.व्ही. बस कपलर बे (GIS)----१ नं. (iv) १३२ के.व्ही. वाहिनी बे (GIS)----२ नं. (v) १३२ के.व्ही. पीटी बे---२ नं. (vi) ३३ के.व्ही. बस सेक्शनलायझर (GIS)---१ नं. (vii) ३३ के.व्ही. आऊटलेटस् (GIS)----४ नं. (viii) ३३ के.व्ही. पीटी बे (GIS)---२ नं. या योजनेचा अंदाजित खर्च रुपये ११८४८.७७ लाख इतका आहे.

(५) पुणे जिल्ह्यतील वानवडी येथे मिलिटरी हॉस्पिटल (CTC) जवळ १३२/२२ के.व्ही. GIS उपकेंद्र उभारणे. (i) १३२ के.व्ही. कोथरुड---फुरसुंगी वाहिनीवर लिलो पद्धतीने १३२ के.व्ही. दुहेरी वाहिनी भूमिगत केबल टाकून उभारणे---४.५ कि.मी. (ii) ५० एम.व्ही.ए., १३२/२२ के.व्ही. रोहित्र बे सह स्थापित करणे---२ नं., (iii) १३२ के.व्ही. बस कपलर बे (GIS)---१ नं. (iv) १३२ के.व्ही. वाहिनी बे (GIS)---२ नं., (v) १३२ के.व्ही. पीटी बे---२ नं. (vi) २२ के.व्ही. बस सेक्शनलायझर बे (GIS)---१ नं. (vii) २२ के.व्ही. आऊटलेटस् (GIS)---१२ नं. (viii) २२ के.व्ही. पीटी बे (GIS)----२ नं. या योजनेचा अंदाजित खर्च रुपये १२३९९.०६ लाख इतका आहे.

(६) कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यतील ११० के.व्ही. कोल्हापूर-II ते पुईखेडी एकेरी वाहिनी एकेरी मनोयाचे एकेरी वाहिनी दुहेरी मनोयावर रूपांतर करणे. (using same RoW) (i) २२० के.व्ही. कोल्हापूर-II ते ११० के.व्ही. पुईखेडी उपकेंद्रापयर्ंत १३२ के.व्ही. वाहिनी उभारणे---१३ कि.मी. (अ) १३२ के. व्ही. एकेरी वाहिनी दुहेरी मनोयावर उभारणे---१२ कि.मी. (ब) पुईखेडी उपकेंद्राच्या बाजूस १३२ के.व्ही. एकेरी वाहिनी बहुपथ मनोयावर उभारणे---१ कि.मी. (ii) २२० के.व्ही. कोल्हापूर-II उपकेंद्रापासून ११० के.व्ही. पुईखेडी उपकेंद्रापयर्ंत अस्तित्वात असलेली ११० के.व्ही. एकेरी वाहिनी एकेरी मनोयावरून काढून टाकणे---१३ कि.मी. या योजनेचा अंदाजित खर्च रुपये ७३७.१२ लाख इतका आहे.

(७) कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यतील ११० के.व्ही. कुरुंदवाड उपकेंद्राला दुसरा स्त्रोत उपलब्ध करण्यासाठी ११० के.व्ही. जयसिंगपूर उपकेंद्र ते ११० के.व्ही. कुरुंदवाड उपकेंद्रापयर्ंत १३२ के.व्ही. ची लिंक उभारणे. (i) जयसिंगपूर उपकेंद्र ते लोकेशन नं. १२ पयर्ंत १३२ के.व्ही. दुहेरी वाहिनी दुहेरी मनोयावर उभारणे---१३.७५ कि.मी. (ii) सध्या अस्तित्वात असलेल्या मिरज----कुरुंदवाड एकेरी वाहिनी दुहेरी मनोयावर दुसरा परिपथ लोकेशन नं. १२ ते कुरुंदवाडपयर्ंत उभारणे---१९.५० कि.मी. (iii) कुरुंदवाड उपकेंद्रापयर्ंत ११० के.व्ही. दुहेरी वाहिनी बहुपथ मनोयावर उभारणे---०.५० कि.मी. (iv) जयसिंगपूर उपकेंद्र ते लोकेशन नं. ७१-७२ पयर्ंत १३२ के.व्ही. एकेरी वाहिनी दुहेरी मनोयावर उभारणे----४.४० कि.मी. (v) अस्तित्वात असलेली ११० के.व्ही. जयसिंगपूर उपकेंद्र ते लोकेशन नं. १२ पयर्ंत ११० के.व्ही. एकेरी वाहिनी एकेरी मनोयावरून काढून टाकणे----१३.७५ कि.मी. (vi) जयसिंगपूर उपकेंद्र ते इचलकरंजी उपकेंद्रापयर्ंत अस्तित्वात असलेली ११० के.व्ही. एकेरी वाहिनी एकेरी मनोयावरून काढून टाकणे----०४.४० कि.मी. या योजनेचा अंदाजित खर्च रुपये १४७७.१३ लाख इतका आहे.

(८) ठाणे जिल्ह्यतील ११०/२२ के.व्ही. गायकवाडपाडा (GIS) उपकेंद्र उभारणे. (i) प्रस्तावित ११० के.व्ही. गायकवाडपाडा उपकेंद्रासाठी ११० के.व्ही. अंबरनाथ---नेतीवली (Kalyan) (Tata Power) वाहिनीच्या एका पथावर लिलो पद्धतीने अ.उ.दा. केबल टाकून वाहिनी उभारणे---१ कि.मी. (ii) ५० एम.व्ही.ए. ११०/२२ के.व्ही. रोहित्र (GIS) बे सह उभारणे----२ नं. (iii) ११ के.व्ही. वाहिनी बे (GIS)----२ नं. (iv) २२ के.व्ही. आउटलेटस् (GIS)----१२ नं. या योजनेचा अंदाजित खर्च रुपये ६८४४.७३ लाख इतका आहे.

३. परवानेधारक अगर हितसंबंध असलेल्या व्यक्तीने हवे असल्यास, ही सूचना प्रसिद्ध केलेल्या तारखेपासून दोन महिन्यांच्या आत महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत पारेषण कंपनी मर्यादितेच्या विचाराकरिता पारेषण कंपनीस प्रतिवेदने पाठवावीत, अशी त्यांना अधिसूचना देण्यात येत आहे. याबाबतची अधिक माहिती मुख्य अभियंता (प्रकल्प योजना), महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत पारेषण कंपनी मर्यादित, ५वा मजला, प्रकाशगंगा, प्लॉट नं. सी-१९, बांद्रा-कुर्ला संकुल, बांद्रा (पूर्व), मुंबई ४०० ०५१ यांचेशी वेळीच संपर्क साधून मिळू शकते.

No. 27640410585C under the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956, that the declarations referred in sub-section (4) of section 8 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956, (LXXIV) of 1956 in form 'C' issued to them bearing No. MH-12/753227 and MH-12/927105 (Total-2 'C' Forms) has been lost and to that effect the dealer has given the advertisement in Marathi Newspaper 'Maharashtra Times' Pune dated 27th April 2018 and in English Newspaper 'The Economic Times', Pune dated 27th April 2018 and forwarded the newspaper cutting to this office, also submitted indemnity bond of Rs. 2,70,10,848 respectively.

Therefore, in view of the above I, Shri Pradeep Chinni, Joint Commissioner of Sales Tax, Pune- 1 in exercise of the powers vested in me under sub-rule (7) of rule 4 (A) of the Central Sales Tax (Bombay) Rules, 1957 hereby declare that the said 'C' Forms declaration bearing No. MH-12/753227 and MH-12/927105 (Total-2 'C' Forms) are treated as invalid.
