प्राण्यांमधील संक्रामक व सांर्सगिक रोगांस प्रतिबंध व नियंत्रण अधिनियम, २००९.
क्रमांक डीआयएस-२०१७/प्र.क्र. ९२/पदुम-४.----प्राण्यांमधील संक्रामक व सांर्सगिक रोगांस प्रतिबंध व नियंत्रण अधिनियम, २००९ (सन २००९ चा अधिनियम क्रमांक २७), याची कलमे ७, ११, १२ आणि १३ तसेच ६ च्या पोट-कलम (१) आणि (२) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून तसेच या संदर्भात काढण्यात आलेली शासन अधिसूचना, कृषि, पशुसंवर्धन, दुग्धव्यवसाय विकास आणि मत्स्यव्यवसाय विभाग, क्रमांक डीआयएस-२०१७/प्र.क्र. ९२/पदुम-४, दिनांक २२ मे २०१७ हिचे अधिक्रमण करून आणि शासकीय अधिसूचना कृषि, पशुसंवर्धन, दुग्धव्यवसाय विकास आणि मत्स्यव्यवसाय विभाग क्रमांक डीआयएस-२०१७/ प्र.क्र. ९२/पदुम-४, दिनांक १५ सप्टेंबर २०१८ हिचे अंशत: अधिक्रमण करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे ग्लँडर्स रोग जो की, उक्त अधिनियमान्वये अनुसूचित रोग असल्याचे घोषित केले आहे. त्यामुळे अश्वजातीय प्राण्यांना (यात यापुढे ज्यांचा निर्देश ''बाधीत अश्वजातीय प्रजातीचे प्राणी'' असा करण्यात आला आहे). या रोगाचा प्रादुर्भाव होतो त्या ग्लँडर्स रोगाच्या बाबतीत सोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीमध्ये नमूद केलेले क्षेत्र हे, '' नियंत्रित क्षेत्र '' म्हणून घोषित करीत आहे, जेणेकरून,----
(क) ग्लँडर्स रोगावर नियंत्रण, प्रतिबंध किंवा त्याचे निमर्ूलन करता येईल आणि घोडे, गाढव, खेचरे आणि उक्त अश्वजातीय प्रजातींचे इतर सर्व प्राणी यांना ज्या ठिकाणी ते पाळले जातात त्या ठिकाणापासून कोणत्याही अन्य ठिकाणी किंवा उक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्राबाहेर नेण्या-आणण्यास मनाई करण्यात येत आहे ; आणि
(ख) कोणत्याही व्यक्तीस उक्त बाधीत अश्वजातीय प्रजातीचे जीवंत किंवा मृत प्राणी, कोणत्याही उक्त बाधीत झालेल्या अश्वजातीय प्रजातीच्या प्राण्यांच्या संपर्कात आलेली कोणत्याही प्रकारची वैरण, प्राण्यांच्या निवायासाठी पसरलेले गवत किंवा अन्य सामग्री व साहित्य आणि अशा प्राण्यांचे शव, कातडी किंवा प्राण्यांपासूनचे अन्य कोणतेही उत्पादन उक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्रामधून बाहेर नेण्यांस मनाई करण्यात येत आहे ; आणि

भाग चार--अ-----३७----१महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, जानेवारी २९, २०१९/माघ ९, शके १९४० २ (ग) कोणत्याही अश्वजातीय प्रजातीच्या प्राण्यांचे बाजार भरवणे, प्राण्यांच्या शर्यती लावणे, प्राण्यांची जत्रा भरवणे, प्राण्यांचे प्रदर्शन आयोजित करणे आणि उक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्रात अश्वजातीय प्रजातींच्या प्राण्यांचे गट करून किंवा त्यांना एकत्रित करून कोणतेही अन्य काम पार पाडणे, यास मनाई करण्यात येत आहे ; आणि
(घ) उक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्रांमधील बाजारपेठेत, जत्रेत, प्रदर्शनामध्ये प्राण्यांच्या अन्य जमावामध्ये किंवा कोणतेही सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी उक्त बाधित झालेल्या अश्वजातीय प्रजातींच्या प्राण्यांना आणणे किंवा आणण्याचा प्रयत्न करणे, या गोष्टीस मनाई करण्यात येत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS AND CONTAGIOUS DISEASES IN ANIMALS ACT, 2009.
No. DIS. 2017/C.R. 92/ADF-4.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 6 read with sections 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (No. 27 of 2009) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and in supersession of Government Notification, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department No. DIS. 2017/C.R. 92/ADF-4, dated the 22nd May 2017 and in partial supersession of Government Notification, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department No. DIS. 2017/C.R. 92/ADF-4, dated the 15th September 2018, issued in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares the area mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto as a Controlled Area, in respect of the Glanders Disease, which is a scheduled disease declared under the said Act whereby said equine species of animals are infected (hereinafter referred to as '' the infected equine species animals ''), so as to,––
(a) Control, prevent or eradicate Glanders Disease, and prohibit the movement of Horses, Donkeys, Mules and all other animals belonging to said equine species from the place where they are kept to any other place within or outside the said Controlled Area ; and
(b) Prohibit a person to take any said infected equine species animals, alive or dead, any kind of fodder, bedding or other material which has come into contact with any said infected equine species animals and the carcass, skin or any other part or product of such animal out of the said Controlled Area ; and
(c) Prohibit holding of any animal market, animal races, animal fare, animal exhibition of the equine species animals ; and also to carry on any other activity involving grouping or gathering of the equine species animals in the said Controlled Area ; and
(d) Prohibit to bring or attempt to bring said infected equine species animals into market, fair, exhibition or other congregation of animals or to any public place in the said Controlled Area.
