क्रमांक भाख्रिवि.२०१५/प्र.क्र.३८३/कु.क.---- भारतीय ख्रिश्चन विवाह अधिनियम, १८७२ (कायदा क्र. १५/१८७२) च्या कलम ६ व ९ मधील तरतुदीनुसार रेव्ह. सालोमन पिटर आल्हाट, राहणार स.नं. ३९७, बी/वाय ३४, बी.डी.टी.ए. अपार्टमेंट, बी/४, पर्ूणिमा टॉवर, शंकरशेठ, पुणे-३७ यांना या अधिसूचनेद्वारे वे ऑफ लाईफ फौंडेशन या नोंदणीकृत चर्चमध्ये भारतीय ख्रिश्चन लोकांचे विवाह योग्य त्या विधीसह लावण्याचा परवाना तसेच त्यांना विवाहाचे प्रमाणपत्र देण्याचा अधिकार शासन प्रदान करीत आहे. रेव्ह. सालोमन पिटर आल्हाट, पुणे, यांनी विवाह विधी पार पाडताना उक्त अधिनियमातील तरतुदींचे काटेकोरपणे पालन करावे.

No. SPP.2018/U.O.R.63/D-XIV.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of the section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. II of 1974), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Adv. Pradip D. Gharat as " Special Public Prosecutor " for conducting the case in Special Session Court, 36th Court, Mumbai which is arising out of E.O.W. C.R. No.98/17 registered at Economic Offences Wing, Mumbai.

2. The fees of Adv. Pradip D. Gharat, Special Public Prosecutor shall be paid by Home Department as per the proposal approved by this department.

3. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.

3 . Lump Sum fees of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only) as quoted by Adv. Sushil Dwarkanath Patil has been already deposited by the applicant Shri Mayuresh B. विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांची नेमणुक

शासन निर्णय क्रमांक.— (१) सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाकडील शासन निर्णय क्रमांक विकाअ/११५/प्र.क्र/८८/५, दिनांक ३१ डिसेंबर २०१५.

(२) सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, महाराष्ट्र शासन, मंत्रालय मुंबई यांचे पत्र क्रमांक विकाअ.१११८/२११, ३०९, ३१३/प्र.क्र.१२९/का.५, दिनांक २१ डिसेंबर २०१८.

आदेश

क्रमांक कार्यासनक्र/७/गृह १/आरआर/५०/२०१९.— मी, जिल्हाधिकारी तथा जिल्हादंडाधिकारी, कोल्हापूर जिल्हा, या शासन निर्णयाद्वारे सोबत जोडलेल्या नावाच्या अनुसूचीमध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केलेल्या व्यक्तींचा कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यचे विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्ती करीत आहे.

ही नियुक्ती सामान्यत: हा निर्णय निर्गमित केल्याच्या तारखेपासून ५ वर्षापयर्ंत अस्तित्वात राहील. तसेच राज्य शासन विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांची ही नियुक्ती वरील कालावधी पूर्ण होण्यापूर्वी केव्हाही, कोणतीही कारणे न देता संपुष्टात आणण्याचा अधिकार राहील.

(१) विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी पुढे उल्लेख केलेली कर्तव्ये पार पाडण्यासाठी सक्षम राहतील .—

(एक) या शासन निर्णयाद्वारे केलेल्या विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांच्या नियुक्त्या "मानसेवी" असून त्यांना सोपविण्यात आलेल्या वरील कामांबाबत कोणतेही मानधन, वेतन किंवा भत्ते अनुज्ञेय राहणार नाही.

(दोन) साक्षांकनाचे काम.—विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांना केवळ कागदपत्रांच्या साक्षांकनाचे अधिकार राहतील व त्यांनी मुळ कागदपत्रे प्रत्यक्ष पाहिल्याशिवाय साक्षांकन करू नये. साक्षांकन करताना विहीत रबरी शिक्क्यासह सही करून सही खाली दिनांक नमुद करावा. मुळ कागदपत्रांपेक्षा वेगळी माहिती नमुद असलेल्या कागदपत्रावर विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांनी सांक्षाकन करू नये. वेगळी माहिती असलेल्या कागदपत्रावर जर सत्यप्रत म्हणून साक्षांकन केल्यास त्यामुळे होणाया सर्व प्रकारच्या परिणांमाकरिता विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून साक्षांकन करणारी व्यक्ती जबाबदार राहिल. अशी घटना उघडकीस आल्यास त्या व्यक्तीची विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून करण्यात आलेली नियुक्ती रद्द करण्यात येईल व तो/ती विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून पुर्ननियुक्तीस अपात्र असेल.

(तीन) ओळखपरेड.— विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्त झालेली व्यक्तींनी ओळख परेड तसेच मृत्यूपुर्व जबानी यासाठी उपस्थित राहू नये.

(चार) उत्पन्न प्रमाणपत्र देणे.— विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांनी उत्पन्न प्रमाणपत्र देऊ नये.

(२) विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तींनी त्यांच्या घरावर/दुकानावर/कार्यालयावर स्वत:च्या नावांसह विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी असा फलक लावावा. तथापि, त्यांनी कुठल्याही वाहनावर विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी असा उल्लेख करू नये.

तसेच त्यांच्या नियुक्तीचा कालावधी संपुष्टात आल्यावर लागलीच फलक काढावेत.

(३) नियुक्ती करण्यात आलेल्या विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकायांना मोहोर उमटविण्यासाठी शिक्का नजीकच्या पोलीस स्टेशनकडून उपलब्ध करून घ्यावा. तसेच साक्षांकीत केलेल्याची माहिती एका नोंदवहीत न चुकता नमुद करावी व ज्या वेळेस या नोंदवहीची अवलोकनासाठी संबंधित पोलीस आयुक्त/अधीक्षक/जिल्हाधिकारी यांचेकडून मागणी केली जाईल, त्यावेळी ती तात्काळ उपलब्ध करून देण्यात यावी.

(४) या शासन निर्णयाद्वारे नेमण्यात आलेल्या विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकायांची, शांतता प्रस्तावित करण्यासाठी आवश्यकतेनुसार त्या क्षेत्रातील मोहल्ला समिती/शांतता समितीवर पोलीस आयुक्त जिल्हा पोलीस अधीक्षक यांनी नियुक्ती करावी.

(५) नियुक्तीचा कालावधी संपुष्टात आल्यानंतर विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांनी साक्षांकनाचे काम करू नये व सर्व साहित्य जिल्हाधिकारी यांचेकडे तात्काळ परत करावे. अन्यथा ते पुर्ननियुक्तीस अपात्र ठरतील. नियुक्ती कालावधी संपुष्टात आल्यानंतर विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांनी साक्षांकन केल्याचे निष्पन्न झाल्यास त्यांचे विरुद्ध फसवणुकीचा गुन्हा नोंदविण्यात येईल.

" असे उल्लेखिलेली) म्हणून नेमणूक केली आहे;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र राज्य रस्ते विकास महामंडळाने उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २३(१) अन्वये उक्त अधिसूचित क्षेत्राची विकास योजना तयार करण्याचा इरादा सर्वसाधारण ठराव क्र.१३ दिनांक ११ मे २०१८ अन्वये जाहीर करून त्याबाबतची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात दिनांक २६ मे २०१६ ते १ जून २०१६ रोजी प्रसिद्ध केली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २३ अन्वये राजपत्रात इरादा जाहीर केलेल्या सूचनेच्या तारखेपासून दोन वषार्ंच्या आत अगर शासनाने वाढवून दिलेल्या पुढील सहा महिन्याच्या मुदतीच्या आत, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २६ (१) नुसार उक्त विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरणाने उक्त अधिसूचित क्षेत्राची विकास योजना तयार करून त्याबद्दलची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रामध्ये आणि इतर विहित मार्गाने प्रसिद्ध करणे आवश्यक आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरणाने दिनांक ११ मे २०१८ रोजीच्या ठरावान्वये उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २६(१) च्या तरतुदीनुसार उक्त अधिसुचित क्षेत्राची विकास योजना तयार करून त्यासंबंधातील सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रामध्ये आणि अन्य विहित मागार्ंनी प्रसिद्ध करणे, ही सर्व कार्यवाही पूर्ण करण्यास मुदतवाढ मागणीचा ठराव समंत केलाआहे. तसेच महाराष्ट्र राज्य रस्ते विकास महामंडळाने दिनांक १८ मे २०१८ च्या पत्रान्वये दिनांक २६ मे २०१८ ते २५ नोव्हेंबर २०१८ पयर्ंत मुदतवाढ मंजूर करण्याचा प्रस्ताव सादर केला आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिसुचित क्षेत्राची विकास योजना तयार करून त्याबाबतची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रामध्ये आणि अन्य विहित मागार्ंनी प्रसिद्ध करण्याकरिता लागणारा कालावधी विचारात घेता दिनांक २६ मे २०१८ ते दिनांक २५ नोव्हेंबर २०१८ हा दिवस धरून त्या दिवसापयर्ंत वाढविणे आवश्यक आहे, असे संचालक, नगररचना, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे यांचे मत झाले आहे.

No.D.P.MSRDC/Extn.U/S 26/TPV-3/5600.— Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra in exercise of powers conferred under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of the section 40 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah.XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred as "the said Act") declared by notification No.TPS-1815/UOR/78/15/UD-13 dated 17th February 2016 and TPS-1815/URO/78/15/UD-13 dated 18th March 2016 (Addendum) MSRDC as a Special Planning Authority (hereinafter reffered to as "the SPA") (hereinafter referred to as "said Notified Area") as specified therein;

And whereas, MSRDC by its resolution No. 13 dated 11th May 2018 made a declaration under sub-section (1) of section 23 of said Act of its intention to prepare the Development Plan for said notified area. The notice of the said declaration was published in the Maharashtra Government Gazzette dated 26th May 2016 to 1st June 2016 ;

And whereas, in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 26 of the said Act the said SPA has to prepare the said Development Plan and publish a notice of such preparation in the Official Gazette and in other prescribed manner not later than two years from the date of notice published under section 23 or within such further period as may be extended by the State Government, but such extended period shall not exceed six months in aggregate ;

And whereas, the said SPA by it's General Body Resolution dated 11th May 2018 has passed the resoulation regarding extension of the period for publishing a notice of such preparation in the Official Gazette and in the other prescribed manner by a period from 26th May 2018 up to 25th November 2018 under the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 26 of the said Act and accordingly MSRDC vide letter dated 18th May 2018 ;

And whereas, the work of preparation of the said Development Plan was in progress and therefore the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune is of the opinion that it is expedient to extend the period for the publication of the notice of such preparation of the said Development Plan in the Official Gazette and in other prescribed manner for a period from 26th May 2018 to 25th November 2018.

Now, therefore, in exercise of powers delegated to him under Government Notification No.TPS 1813/ 3211/CR 508/UD-13, dated 1st December 2016, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune hereby extends the period for preparation of the said Development Plan and publication of the notice of such preparation in the Official Gazette and in other prescribed manner from 26th May 2018 up to 25th November 2018; under the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 26 of the said Act.
