भारताचे संविधान.
क्रमांक रास.२०१८/४४/प्र.क्र. १८/२०-अ.-----भारताच्या संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद ३०९ च्या परंतुकाद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, याद्वारे, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांच्या परिवार प्रबंधक कार्यालयातील परिवार प्रबंधक, अतिरिक्त परिवार प्रबंधक, परि सहायक, राज्यपालांचे भिषक, गट-अ आणि कार्यालय अधीक्षक, खाद्यपेय अधीक्षक आणि उद्यान अधीक्षक, गट--ब (राजपत्रित) (सेवाप्रवेश) नियम, २०१० मध्ये आणखी सुधारणा करण्यासाठी, पुढील नियम करीत आहेत :—
२. (१) या नियमांना, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांच्या परिवार प्रबंधक कार्यालयातील परिवार प्रबंधक, अतिरिक्त परिवार प्रबंधक, परिसहायक, राज्यपालांचे भिषक, गट-अ आणि कार्यालय अधीक्षक, खाद्यपेय अधीक्षक आणि उद्यान अधीक्षक, गट-ब (राजपत्रित) (सेवाप्रवेश) (सुधारणा) नियम, २०१८ असे म्हणावे.
(२) हे नियम, दिनांक १ फेब्रुवारी २०१२ पासून अंमलात आले असल्याचे मानण्यात येईल. ३. महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांच्या परिवार प्रबंधक कार्यालयातील परिवार प्रबंधक, अतिरिक्त परिवार प्रबंधक, परिसहायक, राज्यपालांचे भिषक, गट-अ आणि कार्यालय अधीक्षक, खाद्यपेय अधीक्षक आणि उद्यान अधीक्षक, गट-ब (राजपत्रित) (सेवाप्रवेश) नियम, २०१० मध्ये नियम ७ ऐवजी, पुढील नियम दाखल करण्यात येत आहेत :—
" ७. कार्यालय अधीक्षक, गट-ब या पदावरील नियुक्ती ही, ""सहायक"" पद धारण करणाया व त्या पदावर तीन वषार्ंपेक्षा कमी नसेल इतकी नियमित सेवा झालेल्या व्यक्तींमधून ज्येष्ठता अधिन पात्रता या आधारावर पात्र ठरलेल्या योग्य व्यक्तीस पदोन्नती देऊन करण्यात येईल."

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No. RS.2018/44/C.R. 18/20A.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Comptroller of the Household, Additional Comptroller of the Household, Aides-De- Camp, Physician to the Governor, Group-A and Office Superintendent, Catering Superintendent and Garden Superintendent, Group-B (Gazetted) in the office of the Comptroller of the Household to the Governor of Maharashtra (Recruitment) Rules, 2010, as follows, namely :—
2. (1) These rules may be called the Comptroller of the Household, Additional Comptroller of the Household, Aides-De-Camp, Physician to the Governor, Group-A and Office Superintendent, Catering Superintendent and Garden Superintendent, Group-B (Gazetted) in the office of the Comptroller of the Household to the Governor of Maharashtra (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) These rules shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st February 2012.
3. For rule 7 of the Comptroller of the Household, Additional Comptroller of the Household, Aides- De-Camp, Physician to the Governor, Group-A and Office Superintendent, Catering Superintendent and Garden Superintendent, Group-B (Gazetted), in the office of the Comptroller of the Household to the Governor of Maharashtra (Recruitment) Rules, 2010 the following rule shall be substituted, namely :—
" 7. Appointment to the Post of Office Superintendent, Group-B, shall be made by promotion of a suitable person on the basis of seniority subject to fitness, from amongst the persons, holding the post of Assistant, having not less than three years regular service on that post ".
