क्रमांक संकिर्ण-२०१८/प्र.क्र. ४६/पदुम-४. ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने भारतीय पशुवैद्यक परिषद अधिनियम, १९८४ (१९८४ चा ५२) याच्या कलम ३२ च्या पोट-कलम (१) (cid:४६२)ारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, शासकीय अधिसूचना, कृ षि, पशुसंवर्धन, दुग्धव्यवसाय विकास व मत्स्यव्यवसाय विभाग, क्रमांक व्हीसीए. १०/२००३/प्र.क्र. १०४/पदुम-४, दिनांक ३ ऑगस्ट २००४ (cid:४६२)ारे, महाराष्ट्र राज्य पशुवैद्यक परिषद स्थापन के ली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, शासनाने भारतीय पशुवैद्यक परिषद अधिनियम, १९८४ च्या कलम ३२ चा पोट-कलम (१) च्या खंड (क) व पोट-कलम (२) या(cid:४६२)ारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, शासकीय अधिसूचना, कृ षि, पशुसंवर्धन, दुग्धव्यवसाय विकास व मत्स्यव्यवसाय विभाग, क्रमांक डीआयएस. २०१७/प्र.क्र.१०३/२०१८/पदुम-४, दिनांक २ मे २०१८ (cid:४६२)ारे, राज्य पशुवैद्यक परिषदेचे सदस्य म्हणून निवडून आलेल्या व्यक्तींची नावे अधिसूचित के ली आहेत ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने, राज्य पशुवैद्यक परिषदेवर तीन व्यक्तींचे सदस्य म्हणून नामनिर्देशित करण्याचे ठरविले आहे ;
त्याअर्थी, आता, भारतीय पशुवैद्यक परिषद अधिनियम, १९८४ याच्या कलम ३२ च्या पोट-कलम (१) चा खंड (ड) व पोट-कलम (२) यां(cid:४६२)ारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन, या(cid:४६२)ारे राज्य पशुवैद्यक परिषदेचे सदस्य म्हणून शासनाकडून नामनिर्देशित करावयाच्या पुढील तीन व्यक्तींची नावे राजपत्रात अधिसूचित करीत आहे :

NOTIFICATION
INDIAN VETERINARY COUNCIL ACT, 1984.
No. Sankirna-2018/CR-46/ADF-4.— Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the section 32 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984) has established the State Veterinary Council by Government Notification, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department, No. VCA. 10/2003/CR-104/ADF-4, dated the 3rd August 2004 ;
And Whereas, the Government in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 32 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 has notified the names of the persons elected as the members of the State Veterinary Council by Government Notification, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department, No. DIS. 2017/CR-103/2018/ADF-4, dated the 2nd May 2018 ;
And Whereas, the Government has decided to nominate three persons as members of the State Veterinary Council ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 32 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984, the Government hereby notify the names of the following three persons to be nominated by Government as the members of the State Veterinary Council, in the Official Gazette, namely :—
