Whereas, the Development Plan of Chandrapur Town (Extended Area) is sanctioned by the Urban Development Depart- ment, Govt. of Maharashtra vide Resolution No. TPS-2294-1315-CR-253-96-UD-9, dated 2nd June, 1997 which came into force from 15th August, 1997.
And now, Municipal Corporation of the city of Chandrapur has proposed to make Minor Modification in the aforesaid Final Development Plan vide its General Body Resoulation No. 68, dated 29-12-2018 under Section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 as follows ;—

The objections or suggestions, if any received within the above mentioned period of one month will be considered by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of the city of Chandrapur while submitting the proposal of Modification to the Government for sanction.

Whereas, by Government Notification, Dated 12-02-2015 Salekasa Nagar Panchayat was newly form in Gondiya District. The Salekasa Nagar Panchayat by its General Body Resolution No. 10, dated 07-02-2018 has declared its intention to prepare Development Plan as per the provisions of Section 23(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, for the area within its jurisdiction.
४ द्धन्रु]क्ष् रू न् ॅ-+ न् ह्यम््र ान्म््र, त्र्ॅाम्न््र २८-द्ध ६, २०१९/त्र्ॅा ९-१५, ॅ १९४०Thereafter, Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra vide Order No. MUN-2017-C.R. 325- UD-18, dated 19-03-2018 altered limit of the Municipal Area of the Nagar Panchayat Salekasa so as to include therein the whole area of the village panchayat of Amgaon (Khurd) and published Notification on 08-08-2018.
The Salekasa Nagar Panchayat passed General Body Resolution No. 06 on dated 05-12-2018 to prepare Development Plan of altered Nagar Panchayat limit of Salekasa including newly added village of Amgaon (Khurd).
A copy of the plan showing the area for which the Development Plan is to be prepared is kept open for inspection by the public on working days at the office of the Nagar Panchayat Salekasa as required u/s 23(2) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Suggestions or objections regarding boundaries of the said Development Plan if any should be communicated in writing to the Salekasa Nagar Panchayat office within 60 days from the date of publication of declaration of the said intention in the Maharashtra Government Gazette as required under Section 23(1) Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
Suggestions/objections received after the given period will not be take into consideration.

MODIFICATION U/S 37 OF MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT,1966

The Revised Development Plan of Nagpur City prepared under the provisions of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 have been sanctioned by Government vide Urban Development Deptt. Notification No. TPS-2496-2643-CR-300(a)-97-UD-9, dated the 7th January 2000 and finally sanctioned by Government vide Notification No. TPS-2400-1628-CR-2000-UD-9, dated 10th September 2001. Also Nagpur Improvement Trust has been declared as " Planning Authority " for the Seven Improvement Schemes being implemented by the Nagpur Improvement Trust vide Govt. Notification No. TPS-2401-855-CR-76-UD-9, dated 27th February 2002. The said land falls in " Eastern Industrial Area Street Scheme " within 7 schemes mentioned above.
In the said Revised Sanctioned Development Plan, the Nagpur Improvement Trust is desirous of making some modification u/s 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Accordingly Nagpur Improvement Trust vide its Board Resolution No. 4-1183-date 16-11-2018-SE-Planning has consented to make the aforesaid modification in Development Plan of Nagpur. The aforesaid modification proposed is as under.–

The suggestions and objections (in writing) which may be received by Deputy Director, Town Planning, Nagpur Improvement Trust, Nagpur in respect of the said modifcation to the Revised Development Plan within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette will be considered. After hearing and final decision on objections, the said modification proposal will be submitted to the Government for sanction.
