क्रमांक युडब्ल्युए . २०१८ / प्र. क्र . ७११ / काम -५ . ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने महाराष्ट्र माथाडी हमाल व इतर श्रमजीवी ( नोकरीचे नियमन व कल्याण) अधिनियम , १ ९ ६ ९ च्या (महा . १ ९ ६ ९ चा क्रमांक ३० ) याच्या कलम १४ च्या पोट- कलम ( २ ) , ( ३ ) आणि ( ४ ) तसेच महाराष्ट्र माथाडी हमाल व इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार ( सल्लागार समिती ) , नियम , १९ ६ ९ च्या नियम ३ , ४ व ५ अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून असाधारण राजपत्र , भाग एक -ल मध्ये प्रसिद्ध केलेल्या शासन अधिसूचना क्र. युडब्ल्युए . २०१३ / प्र. क्र. ३ ९ ४ / काम -५ , दिनांक ६ फेब्रुवारी २०१५ अन्वये प्रसिद्ध केलेल्या अधिसूचनेमध्ये नमूद केलेल्या व्यक्ती या सल्लागार समिती सदस्य आणि आणि ज्याअर्थी , महाराष्ट्र शासनाने खालील नमूद व्यक्तींना सदर समितीचे सदस्य म्हणून नियुक्त करण्याचे आवश्यक झाले आहे ;
सल्लागार समितीचे सचिव म्हणून सह कामगार आयुक्त ( माथाडी कक्ष ) , मुंबई हे आहेत. आणि , ज्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्र शासनाने महाराष्ट्र माथाडी हमाल व इतर श्रमजीवी ( नोकरीचे नियमन व कल्याण ) अधिनियम , १९ ६ ९ च्या (महा. १ ९ ६ ९ चा क्रमांक ३० ) याच्या कलम १४ च्या पोट - कलम ( २ ) , (३ ) आणि ( ४ ) तसेच महाराष्ट्र माथाडी हमाल व इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार (सल्लागार समिती ) , नियम , १ ९ ६९ च्या नियम ३ , ४ व ५ अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून , महाराष्ट्र शासन अधिसूचना युडब्ल्युए. २०१३ /प्र. क्र. ३ ९ ४ / काम -५ , दिनांक ६ फेब्रुवारी २०१५ मध्ये पुढीलप्रमाणे दुरुस्ती करीत आहे : - (अ) " राज्य शासनाचे प्रतिनिधीत्व करणारे सदस्य " ( अ) याखाली ( १ ) नोंद नंतर खालील नोंद समाविष्ट होईल : -

MAHARASHTRA MATHADI , HAMAL AND OTHER MANUAL WORKERS ( REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT LAND WELFARE ) , Аст, 1969 .
No. UWA . 2018/ C . R. 711/ Lab- 5 . Whereas the Government of Maharashtra vide Government Notification No. UWA . 2013/C . R. 394/Lab . -5 , dated 6th February 2015 , published in Extraordinary Part I - L, has issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 2) , ( 3) and ( 4) of section 14 of the Maharashtra Mathadi , Hamal and other Manual Workers ( Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1969 ( Mah . XXX of 1969 ) read with rules 3 , 4 and 5 of the Maharashtra Mathadi , Hamal and other Manual Workers ( Advisory Committee ) Rules , 1969 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf , has the persons mentioned therein to be the members of the Advisory Committee and the Joint Commissioner ofLabour (Mathadi Cell ) , Mumbai to be the Secretary of the said Committee ;
And Whereas , the Government of Maharashtra considered it expedient to appoint the following persons to be the members on the said Committee ;
Now , Whereas , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sections ( 2) , ( 3) and ( 4) of section 14 of the Maharashtra Mathadi , Hamal and other Manual Workers ( Regulation of Employment and Welfare ) Act, 1969 (Mah . XXX of 1969 ) read with rules 3 , 4 and 5 of the Maharashtra Mathadi , Hamal and other Manual Workers ( Advisory Committee ) Rules , 1969 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby amend the Government Notification No. UWA . 2013 / C . R. 394/Lab- 5, dated 6th February 2015, as following , namely :-
( a) in entry ( A) , under the heading Members Representing the State Government , after sub- entry ( 1 ) the following entry shall be added , namely : ---
