खत नियंत्रण आदेश, १९८५.
क्रमांक राखते. २०१२/प्र.क्र. २४२/१७-अे.------ज्याअर्थी, रासायनिक खत (नियंत्रण) आदेश, १९५७ याच्या खंड १४-अ द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासनाने, शासकीय अधिसूचना, कृषि व सहकार विभाग क्र. राखते-१०८२-६१९५१-प्र.क्र. २००८-१०-अे, दिनांक १७ सप्टेंबर १९८३ याद्वारे, उक्त आदेशाला जोडलेल्या अनुसूची दोन मध्ये घालून दिलेल्या प्रक्रियेअनुसार रासायनिक खतांच्या नमुन्यांचे विश्लेषण करण्यासाठी तसेच, उक्त अधिसूचनेमध्ये नमूद केलेल्या अधिकारितेच्या नमुन्याचे विश्लेषण करण्यासाठी औरंगाबाद, अमरावती व पुणे येथील राज्य खत नियंत्रण प्रयोगशाळा अधिसूचित केल्या होत्या ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, शासकीय अधिसूचना कृषि व सहकार विभाग, क्र. राखते. २५८७/प्र.क्र. १६/१०-अे, दिनांक २५ नोव्हेंबर १९८७ याद्वारे उक्त प्रयोगशाळांची अधिकारिता संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्र राज्यभर वाढविली होती ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील कोल्हापूर येथे नवीन प्रयोगशाळा उभारण्याकरिता भारत सरकारने त्याची पूर्व मान्यता दिलेली आहे ;
त्याअर्थी, आता खत (नियंत्रण) आदेश, १९८५ (यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश " १९८५ चा उक्त आदेश " असा करण्यात आला आहे) याच्या खंड २९ द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वारे, १९८५ च्या उक्त आदेशास जोडलेल्या अनुसूची दोन, अनुसूची तीन, अनुसूची चार व अनुसूची पाच यांमध्ये अंतभर्ूत सूचनांना अनुसरून, रासायनिक खतांचे नमुने, जैविक खतांचे नमुने, सेंद्रिय खते व खाण्यास योग्य नसलेल्या तेलविरहित पेंड (नॉन ईडिअेबल डी-ऑईल केक) खतांचे नमुने यांचे विश्लेषण करण्यासाठी पुणे, अमरावती, औरंगाबाद, नाशिक आणि कोल्हापूर येथे खत नियंत्रण प्रयोगशाळा, अधिसूचित करीत आहे आणि अशा प्रत्येक प्रयोगशाळेची अधिकारिता संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्र राज्यभर असेल, असे अधिसूचित करीत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
FERTILIZER (CONTROL) ORDER, 1985.
No. Rakhate. 2012/C.R. 242/17-A.—Whereas, in exercise of the powers confired by clause 14-A of the Fertilizer (Control) Order, 1957, the Government of Maharashtra has vide its Notification, Agriculture and Co-Operation Department, No. Rakhate-1082- 61951-CR-2008-10-A, dated the 17th September 1983, notified the State Fertilizer Control Laboratories at Aurangabad, Amravati and Pune, for analysis of fertilizers samples in accordance with the procedure laid down in Schedule II appended to the said Order and to analyse the samples of the jurisdiction mentioned in the said notification ;
And whereas, by Government notification, Agriculture and Co-Operation Department, No. Rakhate. 2587/CR-16/10-A, dated 25th November 1987, extended the jurisdiction of the said laboratories all over the State of Maharashtra ;
And whereas, the Government of India has accorded its prior approval to set up new laboratory at Kolhapur in the State of Maharashtra ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause 29 of the Fertilizer (Control) Order, 1985 hereinafter referred to as " the said order of 1985 ", the Government of Maharashtra, hereby notifies the Fertilizer Control Laboratories at Pune, Amravati, Aurangabad, Nashik and Kolhapur for analysis of fertilizers samples, Biofertilisers samples, Organic fertilizers and non-edible de-oiled cake fertilizers samples, in accordance with the instructions contained in Schedule-II, Schedule-III, Schedule-IV and Schedule-V appended to the said order of 1985 and the jurisdiction of each of these laboratories will be throughout the State of Maharashtra.
