No. HCLSC/Appt/2019.—In partial modification of the High Court Legal Services Committee, Bombay order of even number dated 1st April 2017 it is hereby notified for information that the Honourable the Chief Justice and Patron-in-Chief and Honourable Chairmen, High Court Legal Services Committee, Bombay is pleased to assign the charge of Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Bombay to Shri Shrikant D. Kulkarni, Member Secretary, Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, Bombay w.e.f. 25th February 2019 in place of Shri Sanjay N. Yadav, Secretary of the High Court Legal Services Committee, Bombay.

Read.—The Maharashtra Slum Area (I. C. and R.) Tribunal Regulation, 1974 Regulation Nos. 4 and 7 of Chapter II (MGG. Part—IV-C,
dated 25th July 1974).
No. MSAT-19/2019.—The President, Maharashtra Slum Area (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Tribunal will be on vacation during following periods :—
Summer Vacation : From 5th May 2019 to 2nd June 2019 (both days inclusive).
Diwali Vacation : From 26th October 2019 to 3rd November 2019 (both days inclusive) (including Diwali Holidays from 26th October 2019 to 3rd November 2019).
Christmas Vacation : From 25th December 2019 to 31st December 2019 (both days inclusive).
The Office of the Tribunal will however remain open as usual during the said vacation except on public holidays. The work of an urgent nature shall be attended by President of the Tribunal.
