अधिसूचना
भारताचे संविधान.
क्रमांक एमपीएससी. १११७/प्र.क्र. २२२/आठ.--- भारतीय संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद ३२० चा खंड (३) च्या परंतुकाद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या शक्तींचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोग (विचारविनिमयापासून सूट) विनियम, १९६५ मध्ये खालीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करीत आहेत :----
१. ह्य विनियमांना महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोग (विचारविनिमयापासून सूट) विनियम, २०१९ असे संबोधण्यात यावे.
२. महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोग (विचारविनिमयापासून सूट) विनियम, १९६५ सोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीमधील अनुक्रमांक ३३-झेड येथील नोंद वगळून त्या ऐवजी खालीलप्रमाणे नोंद समाविष्ट करण्यात यावी :----
"" ३३-झेड. (१) महाराष्ट्र वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन संचालनालय, मुंबई यांच्या अधिनस्त शासकीय वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालये व रुग्णालयाशी संबंधित खालील पदे ३१ मार्च २०२० पयर्ंत :----
(अ) प्राध्यापक (गट-अ) ; (ब) सहयोगी प्राध्यापक (गट-अ) ; (क) सहायक प्राध्यापक (गट-ब).
(२) महाराष्ट्र वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन संचालनालय, मुंबई यांच्या अधिनस्त शासकीय दंत महाविद्यालये व रुग्णालये तसेच शासकीय महाविद्यालयातील दंतशास्त्र विभागाशी संबंधित खालील पदे ३१ मार्च २०२० पयर्ंत :-----
(अ) प्राध्यापक (गट-अ) ; (ब) सहयोगी प्राध्यापक (गट-अ) ; (क) सहायक प्राध्यापक (गट-ब) ; (ड) दंतशल्यचिकित्सक (गट-ब)."".

NOTIFICATION
CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No. MPSC. 1117/C.R. 222/VIII.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of artical 320 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following regulations further to amend the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1965 as follows, namely :––
1. These Regulations may be called the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 2019.
2. In the Schedule appended to the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1965, after entry 33-Z, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—
" 33-Z. (1) The following posts under the establishment of Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Mumbai in Government Medical Colleges and Hospitals, till the 31st March 2020 :—
(a) Professor, Group-A ;
(b) Associate Professor, Group-A ;
(c) Assistant Professor, Group-B.
(2) The following posts related to dental science under the establishment of Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Mumbai, in the Government Dental Colleges and Hospitals and Government Medical Colleges and Hospitals till the 31st March 2020 :—
(a) Professor, Group-A ;
(b) Associate Professor, Group-A ;
(c) Assistant Professor, Group-B ;
(d) Dental Surgeon, Group-B.".
