क्र. लोसनि. ०३१९/४४६/प्र.क्र. ५५/विशा-१अ.----लोकप्रतिनिधीत्व अधिनियम, १९५१ (१९५१ चा ४३) यांच्या कलम २८-अ अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन खालील पोलीस अधिका-यांना दिनांक ११ एप्रिल २०१९, दिनांक १८ एप्रिल २०१९, दिनांक २३ एप्रिल २०१९ आणि दिनांक २९ एप्रिल २०१९ रोजी होणा-या सार्वत्रिक लोकसभा निवडणूक-२०१९ करिता महाराष्ट्रातील सर्व ४८ लोकसभा मतदार संघांच्या निवडणुका घेण्यासंबंधीची अधिसूचना काढण्यात आल्याच्या दिनांकापासून सदर निवडणुकीचा निकाल घोषित होण्याच्या दिनांकापयर्ंतच्या कालावधीकरिता उक्त निवडणुका पार पाडण्याकरिता याद्वारे पदनिर्देशित करीत आहे व तद्नुसार असे अधिकारी त्या कालावधीमध्ये निवडणूक आयोगाचे नियंत्रण, अधिक्षण आणि अनुशासन यांच्या अधीन असतील :----
(१) पोलीस महासंचालक, महाराष्ट्र राज्य,
(२) अप्पर पोलीस महासंचालक (कायदा व सुव्यवस्था), महाराष्ट्र राज्य,
(३) सर्व पोलीस आयुक्त,
(४) विशेष पोलीस महानिरीक्षक (कायदा व सुव्यवस्था), पोलीस महासंचालक, महाराष्ट्र राज्य यांचे कार्यालय,
(५) सर्व परिक्षेत्रीय विशेष पोलीस महानिरीक्षक,
(६) सर्व सह पोलीस आयुक्त,
(७) सर्व अप्पर पोलीस आयुक्त, पोलीस आयुक्तालये, (१)

(११) महाराष्ट्रातील सर्व मतदार संघांतील सर्व पोलीस उप अधीक्षक/उप विभागीय पोलीस अधिकारी,
(१२) सर्व सहाय्यक पोलीस आयुक्त, पोलीस आयुक्तालये,
(१३) महाराष्ट्रातील सर्व मतदारसंघांतील वरिष्ठ पोलीस निरीक्षक, पोलीस निरीक्षक, सहाय्यक पोलीस निरीक्षक, पोलीस उप निरीक्षक, सहाय्यक पोलीस उप निरीक्षक,
(१४) महाराष्ट्रातील सर्व मतदारसंघांतील पोलीस हवालदार, नाईक आणि शिपाई,
(१५) कोणत्याही नावाने संबोेधल्या जाणा-या त्यावेळी राज्याकडे नेमून दिलेल्या कोणत्याही पोलीस दलाचा सदस्य असलेला व ज्यांना निवडणूक विषयक काम सोपविलेला कोणताही अन्य पोलीस अधिकारी.

NOTIFICATION
REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE ACT, 1951.
No. GEL. 0319/446/C.R. 55/SPL-1(A).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Government of Maharashtra hereby designates, the following Police Officers for the period commencing on and from the date of notification calling for General Election of the 48 Parliamentary Constituency to the Loksabha scheduled to be held on the 11th April 2019,18th April 2019, 23rd April 2019 and 29th April 2019, ending with the date of declaration of the results of such elections and accordingly, such officers shall, during that period, be subject to the control, superintendence and discipline of the Election Commission, namely :—
(1) The Director General of Police, Maharashtra State ;
(2) The Additional Director General (Law and Order), Maharashtra State ;
(3) All Police Commissioners ;
(4) Special Inspector General of Police (Law and Order), Office of The Director General of Police, Maharashtra State ;
(5) Special Inspector General of Police, of all Range ;
(6) All Joint Commissioners of Police ;
(7) All Additional Police Commissioners, Police Commissionerates ;
(8) All District Superintendent of Police ;
(9) All Deputy Commissioners of Police, Police Commissionerates ;
(10) All Additional Superintendent of Police ;
(11) All Concerned Deputy Superintendent of Police/Sub-Divisional Police Officer, in all Constituency ;
(12) All Assistant Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerates ;
(13) All Senior Inspectors of Police, Inspectors of Police, Assistant Inspectors of Police, Sub-Inspectors of Police, Assistant Sub-Inspectors of Police, in the all Constituencies ;
(14) All Police Head Constables, Naiks and Constables (including Home Guards, ex-serviceman, etc.), in the all Constituencies ;
(15) Any other Police Officer, who is a member of any Police force by whatever name it called, deployed for Election work for the time being in the State.
