Read.– The High Court Notification No. G./Amend/12878, dated the 5th October 2018, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part IV-C, dated 05th October 2018 regarding amendment to the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

121 IX-A The word "registry" in the Second line be corrected as "Registry".

122 IX-A The word "precipe" in the Third line be corrected as "praecipe" and the word "Curt" in the Sixth line be corrected as "Court".

125 IX-A The word "Applications" in the First line be corrected as "Application" and the words "same form as" in the First line be replaced by the words "form of." 131 IX-A The words "Registrar General" in the First and Third lines be substituted by the words "Prothonotary and Senior Master".

132 IX-A The words "Registrar General" in the Second, Third, Fourth, Sixth and Eightlines be substituted by the words "Prothonotary and Senior Master" and the figure "15" in the Third line be replaced by the figure "4".
