CORRIGENDUM
No. TPS-2518-1392-C. R.118-2018-E. P. Publish-UD-30.—
Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as " the said Act ") the State Government vide Notification No. TPS-2518-1392-C.R.118-2018-UD-30, dated 03-12-2018 (hereinafter referred to as " the said Notification") has accorded sanction to the Development Plan of Akot with Modifications Shown in Schedule-A excluding the substantial modifications shown in Schedule-B vide Notice No. TPS-2518- 1392-C.R.118-2018-E.P. Publish-UD-30, dated 03-12-2018 (hereinafter referred to as " the said Notice") appended to the said Notification ;
Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the said Act, the State Government has published a notice inviting suggestions/objections in respect of proposed sub- stantial modifications vide Notice No. TPS-2518-1392-C.R.118-2018-E.P. Publish-UD-30, dated 03-12- 2018 as specified in Akot Development Plan with Modifications Shown in Schedule-B appended to the said Notice ;
And Whereas, it is noticed that there are some errors and mistakes in the said Schedule-B appended with the said Notice and for that purpose it is necessary to issue a Corrigendum for the same as mentioned in Annexure appended hereto ;
Now therefore, this Corrigendum is issued in respect of such corrections in the said Notice as mentioned in Annexure appended hereto and for that purpose Government hereby ;
1. Gives Notice Inviting Objections and Suggestions from any person in respect of proposed sub- stantial modifications (E.P.) shown in this corrigendum within 30 Days from the date of publica- tions of this notice in the official Gazette regarding revised Development Plan Akot or within the period of 30 days from the date on which authenticated E. P. plan is published, whichever is later.
2. Appoints the Join Director of Town Planning, Amravati Division Amravati as the officer under Section 31(2) of the said Act to hear any person filling Suggestions/Objections as stated in (1) above within the stipulated period and to submit his report thereupon to the Government further necessary action.
Copy of this Corrigendum is made available for the inspection of the public in the following offices during office hours on all working days.

Nagar Panchayat, Sangrampur has been newly constituted by the Maharashtra Government Urban Development Department vide it's notification No. Mun-2014-C.R.-96-UD-18, dated 04-03-2015 as per provision U/s 21 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 the planning authority consti- tuted shall not later than 3 years from the date of its constitution submit the draft Development Plan to the State Government for sanction.
Hence, Nagar Panchayat, Sangrampur vide Special Meeting Resolution No. 05, date 31-01-2019 has decided to declare its intension to prepare Development Plan for entire Nagar Panchayat, Sangrampur Town as per Section 21 and 23 Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
The map duly signed by the President, Nagar Panchayat, Sangrampur showing the entire limits of Nagar Panchayat, Sangrampur for which the Development Plan is to be prepared is kept open in Office of the Nagar Panchayat, Sangrampur for inspection of public during office hours. The objections or suggestons if any regarding the aforesaid map are invited in writing within a period of 60 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette. All the objections/suggestionä received within the stipulated period shall be considered by the Nagar Panchayat, Sangrampur.
