No. SPP-1019/240/C.R. 34/D-XIV.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. II of 1974), the Government of Maharashtra is pleased to appoint Adv. Kalpana R. Chavan as '' Special Public Prosecutor '' for conducting the Sessions Case No. 203/2018 pending before Sessions Court, Mumbai which is arising out of C.R. No. 205/2017 registered at Vashi Railway Police Station, Mumbai.
2. Her appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.
3. Lump sum fees of Rs. 30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) as quoted by Adv. Kalpana R. Chavan has been deposited by the applicant Shri Dilip Bairu Bodke with the Government, vide R.B.I. Challan No. 4302, dated 13th March 2019. The amount will be paid to Adv. Kalpana R. Chavan after completion of the case.
4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any reasons.

Satish H. Mhatre, as '' Special Public Prosecutor '' for conducting the Sessions Case No. 28/2014, pending before Sessions Court, Mangaon, District Raigad, which is arising out of C.R. No. 86/2014 registered at Roha Police Station, District Raigad.
2. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers, (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.
3. Lump sum fees of Rs. 25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) as quoted by Adv. Satish H. Mhatre has been already deposited by the applicant Shri Vishal Vithoba Bamane to the Government, vide R.B.I. Challan No. 2705, dated 8th March 2019. The amount will be paid to Adv. Satish H. Mhatre after completion of the case.

(२) सदरचे अधिकार सहकार कायदा कलम १०१ व कलम ९१ अन्वये, प्राप्त वसुली दाखल्याची अंमलबजावणी करण्याकरिता असतील.
(३) वसुली अधिकारी यांनी या कार्यालयाने दिनांक २४ जून, २०१६ रोजी निर्गमीत केलेल्या परिपत्रकानूसार दरमाह विहित नमुन्यात 'अ-३', 'अ-४' व 'ब' कर्ज वसुलीची माहिती जिल्हा उप निबंधक, सहकारी संस्था, पुणे ग्रामिण यांना सादर करावी.
(४) वसुली अधिकार प्रदान केलेल्या व्यक्तीची बदली झाल्यास किंवा सदर व्यक्ती सेवा निवृत्ती झाल्यास किंवा सदर व्यक्तीस सेवेतून काढून टाकल्यास किंवा त्याचा मृत्यू झाल्यास, अशा अधिकायास प्रदान केलेले अधिकार आपोआप रद्द होतील.
(५) ''मा. उच्च न्यायालय'', मुंबई यांनी रिट याचिका क्रमांक १९४२/२०१३, दि बेसिन कॅथोलिक को-ऑप. बँक विरुद्ध महाराष्ट्र राज्य व इतर या याचिकेमध्ये, दिनांक ५ डिसेंबर २०१५ रोजी दिलेल्या आदेश विचारात घेऊन वसुलीची कार्यवाही करताना महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० व नियम, १९६१ अन्वये प्राप्त असलेल्या अधिकारानुसारच वसुलीची कार्यवाही करावी.
(६) वसुली अधिकारी यांनी नमूद केलेल्या कालावधीत वसुलीचे कामकाज समाधानकारक केले नसल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्यास किंवा प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकाराचा गैरवापर करीत असल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्यास, प्रदान केलेले अधिकार काढून घेतले जातील व भविष्यात असे कोणतेही अधिकार अशा व्यक्तीस प्रदान करण्यात येणार नाही.
५ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, भाग एक--मध्य उप-विभाग, गुुरुवार ते बुधवार, मार्च २८-एप्रिल ३, २०१९/चैत्र ७-१३, शके १९४१(७) शासन निर्णय क्रमांक संकीर्ण १५०४/प्र.क्र.२३१/१५-स, दिनांक २३ नोव्हेंबर, २००६ अन्वये वसुली अधिकायांना तीन सिंहाच्या राजमुद्रेचा वापर करता येणार नाही.
(८) वसुली अधिकायास त्याच्या नावापुढे कोठेही ""महाराष्ट्र शासन नियुक्त"" आणि किंवा "" सिव्हील कोर्ट"", ""एक्झीक्युटीव्ह कोर्ट"" या शब्दांचा अथवा तत्सम शब्दांचा वापर करता येणार नाही. त्याऐवजी वसुली अधिकायंानी त्यांच्या नावापुढे "" वसुली अधिकारी (महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० व नियम, १९६१ चे नियम, १०७ अन्वये)"" असे लिहावे.
(९) वसुली अधिकायास वसुलीसाठी वापर करण्यात येणाया वाहनावर ""वसुली अधिकारी, दि बारामती सहकारी बँक लि., पुणे"" असा फलक लावता येऊ शकेल.
(१०) वसुली अधिकायाने पगार जप्तीची कार्यवाही करताना कर्जदाराच्या/जामीनदाराच्या पगार कपातीबाबत राष्ट्रीयीकृत बँका वा अन्य बँका यांच्याकडे परस्पर वेतन कपातीचा आदेश देऊन परस्पर पगार कपात करता येणार नाही. संबंधित कर्जदार/जामीनदार ज्या आस्थापनेवर काम करीत आहे त्या आस्थापनेवरील आहरण व संवितरण अधिकारी/पगार करणारा अधिकारी यांचेमार्फत पगारातून कर्ज वसूल करण्याची कार्यवाही करावी.
(११) वसुली अधिकायास, थकबाकीदाराकडून वसुली दाखल्यानुसार वसूलपात्र रक्कम व या कार्यालयाचे कलम १५६ अन्वयेचे आदेश दिनांक ६ एप्रिल २०१८ मध्ये नमुद केलेप्रमाणे व दराने अंमलबजावणी खर्चाची रक्कम याशिवाय इतर कोणतीही रक्कम वसूल करता येणार नाही.
(१२) या कार्यालयाचे आदेश/परिपत्रक दिनांक १ जानेवारी, २०१७ मधील क्र. ४ कलम १५६ व नियम, १०७ अन्वये वसुली अधिकायांनी करावयाची कार्यवाही यामधील मार्गदर्शक सूचनांचे पालन करावे. बँकेचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांनी दरमहा वसुली अधिकायांचे कामकाजाचा कर्जदारनिहाय आढावा परिपत्रकातील प्रपत्र-पाच मध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे घ्यावा.
(१३) वसुली अधिकारी यांनी निर्गमित करावयाच्या नोटीस/आदेश यामध्ये त्यांना अधिकार प्रदान केलेल्या व आदेशाचा संदर्भ नमूद करावा.

(९) वसुली अधिकायास वसुलीसाठी वापर करण्यात येणाया वाहनावर ""वसुली अधिकारी, सुवर्णयुग सहकारी बँक मर्या. पुणे"" असा फलक लावता येऊ शकेल.
(१०) वसुली अधिकायाने पगार जप्तीची कार्यवाही करताना कर्जदाराच्या/जामीनदाराच्या पगारकपातीबाबत राष्ट्रीयकृत बँका वा अन्य बँका यांच्याकडे परस्पर वेतन कपातीचा आदेश देऊन परस्पर पगार कपात करता येणार नाही. संबंधित कर्जदार/जामीनदार ज्या आस्थापनेवर काम करीत आहे त्या आस्थापनेवरील आहरण व संवितरण अधिकारी/पगार करणारा अधिकारी यांचेमार्फत पगारातून कर्ज वसूल करण्याची कार्यवाही करावी.
(११) वसुली अधिकायास, थकबाकीदाराकडून वसुली दाखल्यानुसार वसूलपात्र रक्कम व या कार्यालयाचे कलम १५६ अन्वयेचे आदेश दिनांक ६ एप्रिल २०१८ मध्ये नमुद केलेप्रमाणे व दराने अंमलबजावणी खर्चाची रक्कम याशिवाय इतर कोणतीही रक्कम वसूल करता येणार नाही.
(१२) या कार्यालयाचे आदेश/परिपत्रक दिनांक १ जानेवारी २०१७ मधील क्रमांक ४ कलम १५६ व नियम, १०७ अन्वये वसुली अधिकायांनी करावयाची कार्यवाही यामधील मार्गदर्शक सुचनांचे पालन करावे. बँकेचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांनी दरमहा वसुली अधिकायांचे कामकाजाचा कर्जदारनिहाय आढावा परिपत्रकातील प्रपत्र-पाच मध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे घ्यावा.

(३) वसुली अधिकारी यांनी या कार्यालयाने दिनांक २४ जून २०१६ रोजी निर्गमीत केलेल्या परिपत्रकानुसार दरमाह विहित नमुन्यात 'अ-३', 'अ-४' व 'ब' कर्ज वसुलीची माहिती जिल्हा उप निबंधक, सहकारी संस्था, यवतमाळ यांना सादर करावी.
(४) वसुली अधिकार प्रदान केलेल्या व्यक्तीची बदली झाल्यास किंवा सदर व्यक्ती सेवानिवृत्ती झाल्यास किंवा सदर व्यक्तीस सेवेतून काढून टाकल्यास किंवा त्याचा मृत्यू झाल्यास, अशा अधिकायास प्रदान केलेले अधिकार आपोआप रद्द होतील.
(५) ''मा. उच्च न्यायालय'', मुंबई यांनी रिट याचिका क्रमांक १९४२/२०१३, दि बेसिन कॅथोलिक को-ऑप. बँक विरुद्ध महाराष्ट्र राज्य व इतर या याचिकेमध्ये, दिनांक ५ डिसेंबर २०१५ रोजी दिलेल्या आदेश विचारात घेऊन वसुलीची कार्यवाही करताना महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० व नियम, १९६१ अन्वये प्राप्त असलेल्या अधिकारानुसारच वसुलीची कार्यवाही करावी.
(६) वसुली अधिकारी यांनी नमूद केलेल्या कालावधीत वसुलीचे कामकाज समाधानकारक केले नसल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्यास किंवा प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकाराचा गैरवापर करीत असल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्यास, प्रदान केलेले अधिकार काढून घेतले जातील व भविष्यात असे कोणतेही अधिकार अशा व्यक्तीस प्रदान करण्यात येणार नाही.
९ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, भाग एक--मध्य उप-विभाग, गुुरुवार ते बुधवार, मार्च २८-एप्रिल ३, २०१९/चैत्र ७-१३, शके १९४१(७) शासन निर्णय क्रमांक संकीर्ण १५०४/प्र.क्र.२३१/१५-स, दिनांक २३ नोव्हेंबर, २००६ अन्वये वसुली अधिकायांना तीन सिंहाच्या राजमुद्रेचा वापर करता येणार नाही.
(८) वसुली अधिकायास त्याच्या नावापुढे कोठेही ""महाराष्ट्र शासन नियुक्त"" आणि किंवा "" सिव्हील कोर्ट"", ""एक्झीक्युटीव्ह कोर्ट"" या शब्दांचा अथवा तत्सम शब्दांचा वापर करता येणार नाही. त्याऐवजी वसुली अधिकायंानी त्यांच्या नावापुढे "" वसुली अधिकारी (महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० व नियम, १९६१ चे नियम १०७ अन्वये)"" असे लिहावे.
(९) वसुली अधिकायास वसुलीसाठी वापर करण्यात येणाया वाहनावर ""वसुली अधिकारी, को-ऑप. बँक लि."" असा फलक लावता येऊ शकेल.
(१०) वसुली अधिकायाने पगार जप्तीची कार्यवाही करताना कर्जदाराच्या/जामीनदाराच्या पगारकपातीबाबत राष्ट्रीयीकृत बँका वा अन्य बँका यांच्याकडे परस्पर वेतन कपातीचा आदेश देऊन परस्पर पगार कपात करता येणार नाही. संबंधित कर्जदार/जामीनदार ज्या आस्थापनेवर काम करीत आहे त्या आस्थापनेवरील आहरण व संवितरण अधिकारी/पगार करणारा अधिकारी यांचेमार्फत पगारातून कर्ज वसूल करण्याची कार्यवाही करावी.

आदेश
क्रमांक कार्यासनक्र/७/गृह १/आरआर/१७७/२०१९.— मी, जिल्हाधिकारी तथा जिल्हादंडाधिकारी, कोल्हापूर जिल्हा, या शासन निर्णयाद्वारे सोबत जोडलेल्या नावाच्या अनुसूचीमध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केलेल्या व्यक्तींचा कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यचे विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्ती करीत आहे.
ही नियुक्ती सामान्यत: हा निर्णय निर्गमित केल्याच्या तारखेपासून ५ वषार्ंपयर्ंत अस्तित्वात राहील. तसेच राज्य शासन विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांची ही नियुक्ती वरील कालावधी पूर्ण होण्यापूर्वी केव्हाही, कोणतीही कारणे न देता संपुष्टात आणण्याचा अधिकार राहील.
(१) विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी पुढे उल्लेख केलेली कर्तव्ये पार पाडण्यासाठी सक्षम राहतील .—
(एक) या शासन निर्णयाद्वारे केलेल्या विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांच्या नियुक्त्या "मानसेवी" असून त्यांना सोपविण्यात आलेल्या वरील कामांबाबत कोणतेही मानधन, वेतन किंवा भत्ते अनुज्ञेय राहणार नाही.
(दोन) साक्षांकनाचे काम.—विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांना केवळ कागदपत्रांच्या साक्षांकनाचे अधिकार राहतील व त्यांनी मूळ कागदपत्रे प्रत्यक्ष पाहिल्याशिवाय साक्षांकन करू नये. साक्षांकन करताना विहित रबरी शिक्क्यासह सही करून सही खाली दिनांक नमूद करावा. मूळ कागदपत्रांपेक्षा वेगळी माहिती नमूद असलेल्या कागदपत्रावर विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांनी सांक्षाकन करू नये. वेगळी माहिती असलेल्या कागदपत्रावर जर सत्यप्रत म्हणून साक्षांकन केल्यास त्यामुळे होणाया सर्व प्रकारच्या परिणांमाकरिता विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून साक्षांकन करणारी व्यक्ती जबाबदार राहील. अशी घटना उघडकीस आल्यास त्या व्यक्तीची विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून करण्यात आलेली नियुक्ती रद्द करण्यात येईल व तो/ती विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून पुर्ननियुक्तीस अपात्र असेल.
(तीन) ओळख परेड.— विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्त झालेली व्यक्तींनी ओळख परेड तसेच मृत्युपूर्व जबानी यासाठी उपस्थित राहू नये.
(चार) उत्पन्न प्रमाणपत्र देणे.— विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांनी उत्पन्न प्रमाणपत्र देऊ नये.
(२) विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तींनी त्यांच्या घरावर/दुकानावर/कार्यालयावर स्वत:च्या नावांसह विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी असा फलक लावावा. तथापि, त्यांनी कुठल्याही वाहनावर विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी असा उल्लेख करू नये.
तसेच त्यांच्या नियुक्तीचा कालावधी संपुष्टात आल्यावर लागलीच फलक काढावेत.
(३) नियुक्ती करण्यात आलेल्या विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकायांना मोहोर उमटविण्यासाठी शिक्का नजीकच्या पोलीस स्टेशनकडून उपलब्ध करून घ्यावा. तसेच साक्षांकित केलेल्याची माहिती एका नोंदवहीत न चुकता नमूद करावी व ज्या वेळेस या नोंदवहीची अवलोकनासाठी संबंधित पोलीस आयुक्त/अधीक्षक/जिल्हाधिकारी यांचेकडून मागणी केली जाईल, त्यावेळी ती तात्काळ उपलब्ध करून देण्यात यावी.
(४) या शासन निर्णयाद्वारे नेमण्यात आलेल्या विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकायांची, शांतता प्रस्तावित करण्यासाठी आवश्यकतेनुसार त्या क्षेत्रातील मोहल्ला समिती/शांतता समितीवर पोलीस आयुक्त, जिल्हा पोलीस अधीक्षक यांनी नियुक्ती करावी.
(५) नियुक्तीचा कालावधी संपुष्टात आल्यानंतर विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांनी साक्षांकनाचे काम करू नये व सर्व साहित्य जिल्हाधिकारी यांचेकडे तात्काळ परत करावे. अन्यथा ते पुर्ननियुक्तीस अपात्र ठरतील. नियुक्ती कालावधी संपुष्टात आल्यानंतर विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांनी साक्षांकन केल्याचे निष्पन्न झाल्यास त्यांचे विरुद्ध फसवणुकीचा गुन्हा नोंदविण्यात येईल.

(२) विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तींनी त्यांच्या घरावर/दुकानावर/कार्यालयावर स्वत:च्या नावासह विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी असा फलक लावावा. तथापि, त्यांनी कुठल्याही वाहनावर विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी असा उल्लेख करू नये.
तसेच त्यांच्या नियुक्तीचा कालावधी संपुष्टात आल्यावर लागलीच फलक काढावेत.
(३) नियुक्ती करण्यात आलेल्या विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकायांना मोहोर उमटविण्यासाठी शिक्का नजीकच्या पोलीस स्टेशनकडून उपलब्ध करून घ्यावा. तसेच साक्षांकीत केलेल्याची माहिती एका नोंदवहीत न चुकता नमुद करावी व ज्या वेळेस या नोंदवहीची अवलोकनासाठी संबंधित पोलीस आयुक्त/अधीक्षक/जिल्हाधिकारी यांचेकडून मागणी केली जाईल, त्यावेळी ती तात्काळ उपलब्ध करून देण्यात यावी.
(४) या शासन निर्णयाद्वारे नेमण्यात आलेल्या विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकायांची, शांतता प्रस्तावित करण्यासाठी आवश्यकतेनुसार त्या क्षेत्रातील मोहल्ला समिती/शांतता समितीवर पोलीस आयुक्त जिल्हा पोलीस अधीक्षक यांनी नियुक्ती करावी.

क्रमांक पो.आ./वा. अधिसूचना/२०१९-३५२.-----ज्याअर्थी, औरंगाबाद शहरातील महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील सार्वजनिक वाहतुकीचे विनिमय व नियमन करण्यासाठी तसेच नागरिकांच्या सुरक्षितता, जिवीतास धोका, अडथळा किंवा गैरसोय होऊ नये म्हणून औरंगाबाद महानगरपालिका हद्दीत मोटार वाहनांची संख्या, रस्त्यांची स्थिती, वाढती लोकसंख्या, औरंगाबाद शहर हे ऐतिहासिक शहर असल्याने शहरामध्ये येणारे पर्यटक, सहली इतर नागरिक यांची मोठया प्रमाणात शहरामध्ये ये-जा असते त्यामुळे शहरातील रस्त्यावर वाहनांच्या जास्तीच्या वर्दळीमुळे वाहतुकीचे नियोजन करणे आवश्यक आहे. त्यासाठी शहरातील काही रस्त्यांचे रुंदीकरण झाल्याने सदर मार्ग हे एकेरी वाहतुकीसाठी न राहता सदर मार्गावर दोन्ही बाजुने वाहतूक सुरू राहील आणि काही रस्त्यावर वाहतुकीची वर्दळ जास्त असल्याने काही मार्ग वन वे करण्यात येत आहे.
तसेच काही रस्त्यांची रुंदी वाढल्याने सदर रस्त्यावरील पी-१, पी-२ पाकर्ींग रद्द करण्यात येत आहे आणि काही मागार्ंवर रस्त्याच्या दोन्ही बाजुला वाहने लावल्याने वाहनांना जाण्यासाठी रस्त्याची रुंदी कमी होऊन वाहतुकीस अडथळा निर्माण होतो त्यामुळे काही मार्गावर पी-१, पी-२ पाकर्ींग करण्यात येत आहे. नागरिकांच्या सुरक्षितता, जिवीतास धोका, अडथळा किंवा गैरसोय होऊ नये म्हणून शहरातील महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील एकेरी मार्ग व पी-१, पी-२ वाहनांच्या वाहतुकीचे नियोजन करणे आवश्यक आहे, अशी माझी खात्री झालेली आहे.
त्याअर्थी, मी, चिरंजीव प्रसाद, पोलीस आयुक्त, औरंगाबाद शहर मला महाराष्ट्र पोलीस कायदा, १९५१ (१९५१ चा अधिनियम क्रमांक २२) चे कलम ३३(१)(ब), सह मोटार वाहन कायदा, १९८८ (१९८८ चा अधिनियम क्रमांक ५९) चे कलम ११५ व इतर प्राप्त अधिकारान्वये औरंगाबाद शहरात वाहतुकीसाठी खालीलप्रमाणे अधिसूचना जारी करीत आहे :---
औरंगाबाद महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील खालील मागार्ंवरील एकेरी (वन वे) वाहतूक बंद करून सदर मार्ग हा दोन्ही बाजुनी येणाया वाहतुकीसाठी खुला राहील :---
(१) सिटी चौक ते जुने पोस्ट ऑफीस (२) महानगरपालिका कार्यालय ते बुढीलाईन--कामाक्षी चौक (३) कामाक्षी चौक ते चेलीपुरा (४) चेलीपुरा चौक ते चांदणे चौक
खालील मार्ग हा फक्त एकेरी (वन वे) वाहतुकीसाठी राहील :--- (१) पैठणगेट--बाराभाई ताजीया---रंगार गल्ली--मार्गे सिटी चौक (२) सिटी चौक---सुपरी हनुमान मंदीर---गुलमंडी---गोमटेश मार्केट. (३) पैठणगेट---सादीया टॉकीजच्या मागुन पैठणगेट पाकर्ींग ते पैठणगेट (४) गांधीपुतळा---शहागंज ते सिटी चौक (५) चेलीपुरा चौक ते सहागंज चमन
औरंगाबाद महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील खालील मार्गावरील पी-१, पी-२ पाकर्ींग रद्द करण्यात येत आहे :---
(१) पैठणगेट ते बाराभाई ताजीया (२) गांधीपुतळा ते सिटी चौक
खालील मार्गावरील पाकर्ींग व्यवस्था ही पी-१, पी-२ करण्यात येत आहे :----
(१) गुलमंडी---रंगारगल्ली---सिटी चौक (२) सिटी चौक ते गुलमंडी
वरील दोन्ही रस्त्यावर माकर्ींग केलेल्या जागेच्या आत फक्त दुचाकी वाहनांच्या पाकर्ींगसाठी जागा उपलब्ध असल्यास पाकर्ींग करावी.
चार चाकी वाहने पाकर्ींग करण्यात येवू नये.
सदर अधिसूचना ही पुढील आदेशा पावेतो लागू राहील. सदरची अधिसूचना ही अत्यावश्यक सेवा उदा. पोलीस, रुग्णवाहीका, अग्निशामक वाहन व तत्सम अत्यावश्यक वाहनांना लागू असणार नाही. या अधिसूचनांचा भंग करणारी व्यक्ती म. पो. कायदा कलम १३१ व अन्य फौजदारी कायद्यान्वये शिक्षेस पात्र राहील. तसेच प्रचलीत मोटार वाहन कायद्याप्रमाणे कार्यवाही करण्यात येईल.
