क्रमांक २७/अपोआ/वाहतूक/कायमस्वरूपी/२०१९.----मुंबई शहरात एम.एम.आर.डी.ए., एम.एम.आर.सी.एल. यांचेवतीने अनेक ठिकाणी मेट्रो प्रकल्पाच्या लाईन २ए, २बी, ३, ४ आणि ६ ची कामे चालू आहेत. तसेच मुंबई महानगरपालिका यांचे वतीने विविध मार्गावर मोठे प्रकल्प, सिवर लाईन, पाईप लाईन, रस्ते दुरुस्तीचे कामे चालू आहेत. नमूद कामाकरिता रस्त्यावर अनेक ठिकाणी बॅरीकेडींग करण्यात आलेली आहे. त्यामुळे वाहतूकीचे रस्ते अरुंद झालेले आहेत.

याकरीता मेट्रो लाईन प्रकल्प व बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिकेचे काम चालू असलेल्या मार्गावरील बॅरीकेडींगच्या ठिकाणी वाहतूक सुरळीस होण्याकरिता व जनतेस होणारी गैरसोय टाळण्याकरिता मी, प्रविण पडवळ, भा.पो.से., अपर पोलीस आयुक्त, वाहतूक, बृहन्मुंबई, मोटर वाहन अधिनियम, १९८८ चे कलम ११५ (१९८८ चा अधिनियम ५९) व शासकीय अधिसूचना क्रमांक एमव्हीए. ०५८९/सी.आर. १०६१/टी.आर.ए.-२, दिनांक १९ मे १९९०, एम.जी.जी. ४-अे, दिनांक २० सप्टेंबर १९९० पी ६६८ यानुसार प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून मुंबई शहरात मेट्रो प्रकल्पाच्या व बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका यांनी त्यांचे कामाकरिता रस्त्यांवर उभारण्यात आलेल्या बॅरीकेडींग जवळ ''नो पार्किंग'' संदर्भात खालील आदेश देत आहे :------

(अ) मुंबई कार्यक्षेत्राकरिता-----

वाहतूक सुरळीत चालू राहण्याकरिता व वाहतुकीचे व्यवस्थापन योग्यरितीने होण्याकरिता रस्त्यावर ज्या ज्या ठिकाणी मेट्रो लाईन व बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिके मार्फतीने खोदकामाकरिता बॅरीकेडींग उभारण्यात आलेली आहे, त्या त्या ठिकाणी जोपयर्ंत काम पूर्ण होवून संबंधितांकडून बॅरीकेडींग काढली जात नाहीत तोपयर्ंत सकाळी ७-०० ते रात्रौ २२-०० वाजेपयर्ंत वाहने पार्किंग करण्यास निबर्ंध असतील.

सदरचा आदेश माझे सही व शिक्क्यानिशी दिनांक १८ मार्च २०१९ रोजी निर्गमित करण्यास येत आहेत.

No. 27/Addl. C.P./Traffic/Permanent/2019.––There are several works of Metro Projects such as Metro Line 2A, 2B, 3, 4 and 6 being carried out by MMRDA, MMRCL. etc. on roads of Greater Mumbai. In addition, works related to other mega projects, sewerage lines, water lines, road repair etc. are also being carried out by MCGM and on the others road network.

Extensive barricading has been done at many such places leading to reduced carriageway width of the roads.

In order to ensure smooth flow of traffic at road stretches where barricading is done and reduce inconvenience to the citizens. I, Pravin Padwal, IPS, Additional Commissioner of Police, (Traffic), Mumbai, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 115 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Act No. 59 of 1988) read with Government Notification No. MVA. 0589/CR-1061/TRA-2, dated 19th May 1990, M.G.G. IV-A, dated 20th September 1990, p. 668, do hereby order as under :––

(A) For the jurisdiction of Greater Mumbai–

Parking of vehicles is prohibited from 7-00 hrs. to 22-00 hrs. on all road stretches wherever barricades are installed on the carriageway for Metro Work, Municipal Works and Other Infrastructure Works, etc. In order to ensure smooth flow of traffic and better traffic management, this order shall be applicable on all stretches wherever barricading is done at present or as and when it is done in future.

Whereas, it has been reported by M/s. Aquarius Engineers Pvt. Ltd., Aquarius House, Sheelvihar Colony, Off Karve Road, Pune 411 038, holder of Tin No. 27320008211V under the MVAT Act, 2002 and R.C. No. 27320008211C under the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956, that the declarations referred in sub- section (4) of section 8 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956, (LXXIV) of 1956 in Form ' C ' issued to them bearing No. MH-13/A 232402 (Total-1 ' C ' Form) have been lost and to that effect the dealer has given the advertisement in local newspaper '' Maharashtra Times and The Times of India '' dated 26th January 2019 and forwarded the newspaper cutting to this office. Therefore, in view of the above I, Arif J.
