महाराष्ट्र दिवाणी न्यायालय अधिनियम, १८६९.

क्रमांक संकिर्ण ०७१६/५३२/प्र.क्र. ८७/कार्यासन-११.----महाराष्ट्र दिवाणी न्यायालय अधिनियम, १८६९ (१८६९ चा १४) याची कलमे २१, २२अ व २३ याद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि याबाबतीत यापूर्वी काढलेल्या सर्व शासकीय अधिसूचनांचा, जिल्हा न्यायालय, अहमदनगर यास दुय्यम असलेले दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर), राहता यांचे न्यायालय यांच्याशी जेथवर संबंध असेल तेथवर, त्यांमध्ये अंशत: फेरबदल करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वारे पुढीलप्रमाणे निदेश देत आहे की, दिनांक ३१ मार्च २०१९ पासून,---

(क) अहमदनगर जिल्ह्यमध्ये, राहता येथे, जिल्हा न्यायालय, अहमदनगर यास दुय्यम असलेले एक दिवाणी न्यायालय असेल ;

(ख) दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर) हे उक्त न्यायालयाचे पीठासीन अधिकारी असतील आणि ते राहता येथे त्यांचे न्यायालय भरवतील ; आणि

(ग) दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर), राहता, यांच्या सर्वसाधारण अधिकारितेच्या स्थानिक सीमांमध्ये, राहता येथील दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (कनिष्ठ स्तर) यांच्या सर्व न्यायालयाच्या स्थानिक सीमांमध्ये समाविष्ट असलेल्या क्षेत्रांचा समावेश असेल आणि यापूर्वी उक्त क्षेत्रातील कामाचा दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर), कोपरगाव यांच्या सर्वसाधारण व विशेष अधिकारितेच्या स्थानिक सीमांमध्ये समावेश करण्यात आला होता अशी क्षेत्रे त्यामधून वगळण्यात येतील.

NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA CIVIL COURTS ACT, 1869.

No. SANKIRNA 0716/532/C.R. 87/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21, 22A and 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf; and in partial modification of earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the revenue Tahsil of Rahata in Ahmednagar District, subordinate to the District Court of Ahmednagar, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from 31st March 2019 directs that,—

(a) There shall be a Civil Court at Rahata, subordinate to the District Court, Ahmednagar in Ahmednagar District ;

(b) The said Court shall be presided over by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), who shall hold his Court at Rahata; and

(c) The local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rahata, shall comprise of the areas covered within the local limits of the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Rahata and the work from the said areas which was heretofore included within the local limits of the ordinary and special jurisdiction of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kopargaon shall be excluded therefrom.

हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम, १९५५.

क्रमांक संकिर्ण ०७१६/५३२/प्र.क्र. ८७/कार्यासन-११.----हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम, १९५५ (१९५५ चा २५) हा महाराष्ट्र राज्यास लागू असताना त्याच्या कलम ३ च्या खंड (ख) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि याबाबतीत यापूर्वी काढलेल्या सर्व अधिसूचनांचा, त्यामध्ये अंशत: फेरबदल करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे दिनांक ३१ मार्च २०१९ पासून अहमदनगर जिल्ह्यतील राहताच्या सर्वसाधारण अधिकारितेच्या स्थानिक सीमांमध्ये, उक्त अधिनियमान्वये कार्यवाही करण्यासाठीच्या प्रकरणासंदर्भात, अहमदनगर जिल्ह्यतील राहता येथील दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर) यांचे न्यायालय यांना अधिकारिता असल्याचे विर्िनदिष्ट करीत आहे.

NOTIFICATION

HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1955.

No. SANKIRNA 0716/532/C.R. 87/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of Maharashtra and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf ; and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the revenue Tahsil of Rahata in Ahmednagar District, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from 31st March 2019, specifies the Court of Civil Court Judge (Senior Division), Rahata in Ahmednagar District, as having jurisdiction in respect of the matters to be dealt with under the said Act, within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rahata in Ahmednagar District.
