आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र नगरपरिषदा, नगरपंचायती व औद्योगिक नगरी अधिनियम, १९६५ मधील कलम १८९(१३) नुसार सर्वसाधारण सभा, दिनांक २५ फेब्रुवारी २०१९, ठराव क्रमांक १७/१ मध्ये घेतलेला ठराव तसेच महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम १५२ मध्ये अंमलबजावणीसाठी व अनधिकृत बांधकामांवर प्रभावी नियंत्रण आणणेसाठी मुख्याधिकारी यांनी नगरपरिषदेच्या बाबतीत महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक आणि नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम १५२(३) नुसार संबंधित अधिकायास त्याच कार्यक्षेत्राकरिता '' पदनिर्देशित अधिकारी '' म्हणून अधिसूचित करणेची तरतूद करण्यात आलेली आहे ;

त्याअर्थी, आता वरील सर्व तरतुदींनुसार नगरपरिषद मुख्याधिकारी म्हणून मला प्राप्त झालेल्या अधिकारात, मी, डहाणू नगरपरिषदेकरिता डहाणू नगरपरिषदेच्या मंजूर कर्मचारी आकृतिबंधान्वये डहाणू नगरपरिषदेचे नगररचना विभागातील ' रचना सहायक ' अथवा नगरपरिषदेचा संबंधित पदाचा पदभार सांभाळणारे संवर्ग अधिकारी यांना अनधिकृत बांधकामांवर तसेच अतिक्रमणांवर प्रभावी नियंत्रण आणण्यासाठी '' पदनिर्देशित अधिकारी '' म्हणून घोषित करीत आहे.

Whereas the above named petitioner has filed claim petition in this Tribunal for compensation of Rs. 3,00,000 under section 166 of Motor Vehicle Act on dated 4th August 2015. On account of injury of applicant was traveled in Vehicle No. GJ-18 T 925 caused by vehicular accident by the No. MH-04-BG- 5910 on dated 15th September 2014 near Chandarda gam na patiya.

By this notice publish in Gazette, you are hereby directed to appear before this Tribunal on 25th June 2019 at Gandhinagar at 10-45 a.m. to answer the claim petition and you must be prepared to produce on that day all the documents upon which you intend to rely in support of your defense.
