अधिसूचना
भारताचे संविधान.
क्रमांक शाकानि. २०१८/प्र.क्र. १५७/१८ (र. व का.).----- भारताच्या संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद १६६ च्या खंड (३) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल याद्वारे, महाराष्ट्र शासन कार्यनियमावलीत आणखी सुधारणा करण्यासाठी पुढील नियम करीत आहेत :----
(१) या नियमांना महाराष्ट्र शासन कार्यनियमावली (सुधारणा) नियम, २०१९ असे म्हणावे.
(२) महाराष्ट्र शासन कार्यनियमावलीच्या पहिल्या अनुसूचीमध्ये नोंद क्रमांक "३. महसूल व वन विभागाला नेमून दिलेले विषय" या शीर्षाखाली, उपशीर्ष "एक. महसूल विभाग" मधील नोंद क्रमांक ३६ नंतर पुढील नोंद समाविष्ट करण्यात यावी :----
"३६-अ. महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील शत्रू संपत्तीविषयक समन्वय.".

NOTIFICATION
CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No. ROB. 2018/C.R. 157/18 (O. & M.).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Maharashtra Government Rules of Business as follows, namely :—
1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Government Rules of Business (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
2. In the FIRST SCHEDULE appended to the Maharashtra Government Rules of Business, under the heading "3. Subjects alloted to the Revenue and Forests Department", under the sub-heading "I. Revenue Division", after entry 36, the following entry shall be added, namely :—
"36-A. Co-ordination regarding Enemy Property in Maharashtra State.".
