PART-II

Conditions :—

(1) their appointments, if continued as Personal Assistant, shall be on probation for a period of two years or until an order declaring them to have satisfactorily completed the probation period, is made by the Appointing Authority, whichever is later. During the probation period, their services are liable to be terminated without notice and without assigning any reason.

(2) their seniority will be according to their position in the select list for the post of Personal Assistant.

(3) their appointments, shall be subject to the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Service Rules, 2000 and such other rules/circulars as may be issued from time to time by the High Court.

(4) they will have to deposit one month's basic pay in lieu of one month's notice, in case, they tenders resignation without giving prior notice.

(5) in case the information submitted by them regarding their eligibility for the abovesaid post i.e. educational qualification, age, caste, domicile etc., is found to be incorrect or false, their services would be terminated.

(6) in case they fail to join duties within 30 days from the receipt of this order or to inform the undersigned their inability to do so, their name will be struck off from the Select List.

No. PL(APP)/Steno/2019/1861-2194.—Shri Dnyaneshwar Ashok Ethape, candidate at Sr. No. 31 on the Select List for the post of Personal Assistant, prepared by the High Court, Bombay is hereby appointed as "Personal Assistant" in the Pay Band of Rs. 15,600—39,100 and Grade pay of Rs. 5400, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, with effect from the date he assumes charge of the said post, purely on temporary and ad-hoc basis, on the conditions mentioned in Part-III of this order.

PART-II

Shri Rushikesh Vishnu Patil, candidate, at Sr. No. 32 on the Select List for the post of Personal Assistant, prepared by the High Court, Bombay is hereby appointed as "Personal Assistant" in the Pay Band of Rs. 15,600—39,100 and Grade pay of Rs. 5400, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, with effect from the date he assumes charge of the said post, purely on temporary and ad-hoc basis, on the conditions mentioned in Part-III of this order.

PART-III

Conditions :—

(1) Their appointment, if continued as Personal Assistant, shall be on probation for a period of two years or until an order declaring them ito have satisfactorily completed the probation period is made by the Appointing Authority, whichever is later. During the probation period, their services are liable to be terminated without notice and without assigning any reason.

(2) The new " Defined Contribution Pension Scheme " prescribed under Government Resolution Finance Department No. CPS. 1005/126/SER-4, dated 31st October 2005, now renamed as New Pension Scheme (NPS) by Government Resolution, Finance Department No. CPS-2015/ (NPS)/P. K. 32/SER-4, dated 6th April 2015 shall be applicable to them.

(3) Their seniority will be according to their position in the select list for the post of Personal Assistant.

(4) Their appointments, shall be subject to the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Service Rules, 2000 and such other rules/circulars as may be issued from time to time by the High Court.

(5) Their appointment is subject to being declared medically fit by an appropriate medical authority.

(6) They will have to deposit one month's basic pay in lieu of one month's notice, in case they tenders resignation without giving prior notice.

(7) In case the information submitted by them regarding their eligbility for the abovesaid post i.e. educational qualification, age, caste, domicile etc., is found to be incorrect or false, their services would be terminated.

(8) They will have to submit declaration stating that they have not taken any dowry, if married, on or after 20th October 2005, as per provisions of Rule 23-A of the Bombay High Court (Conduct) Rules, 1989.

(9) They have to submit the enclosed " Attestation form " duty filled in and Identity Certificate signed by the Authorised Officer, at the time of joining the post.

(10) In case they fail to join duties within 30 days from the receipt of this Notification or to inform the undersigned their inability to do so, their name will be struck off from the select List.

Note.—The abovesaid candidates are hereby directed to join on any working day within 30 days from the receipt of this notification at 10-30 a.m. in Personnel Department, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, Room No. 501, 5th floor, Administration Building, Gokuldas Tejpal Hospital (G.T.) Compound, in front of small Causes Court, Mumbai 400 001, alongwith all original certicates for verification purpose and one recent passport size photograph.
