महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघांना मान्यता देण्याबाबत आणि अनुचित कामगार प्रथांना प्रतिबंध करण्याबाबत अधिनियम, १९७१.
क्रमांक युएलपी.२०१९/प्र. क्र. १३९/कामगार-३.----उपरोक्त संर्दभित अधिसूचनेस अनुसरून खाली नमूद केलेल्या न्यायिक अधिकायाची न्यायाधीश, कामगार न्यायालय या पदावर महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघांना मान्यता देण्याबाबत आणि अनुचित कामगार प्रथांना प्रतिबंध करण्याबाबत अधिनियम, १९७१ (१९७२ चा एक) च्या कलम ६ अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे पुढीलप्रमाणे नियुक्ती करीत आहे :--

MAHARASHTRA RECOGNITION OF TRADE UNIONS AND PREVENTION OF UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICES ACT, 1971.
No. ULP. 2019/C.R. 139/LAB-3.— With reference to the above mentioned notification, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the following Judicial Officer as Judge of Labour Courts in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 (1 of 1972) :—
