भारताचे संविधान.
क्रमांक व्हीपीएम २०१८/प्र.क्र.५९/पंरा.४(२२).----भारताच्या संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद २४३ च्या खंड (छ) व महाराष्ट्र ग्रामपंचायत अधिनियम, (१९५९ चा तीन) कलम ४ याद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि यासंदर्भात समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि या संदर्भर्ात काढण्यात आलेल्या पुर्वीच्या सर्व अधिसूचनांचे आणि संलेखांचे अधिक्रमण करून तसेच जळगाव जिल्हा परिषदेची स्थायी समिती, जळगाव जिल्ह्यतील धरणगाव तालुक्यातील ग्रामपंचायत आणि ग्रामसभा एकलग्न बु. यांच्याशी विचारविनिमय करून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, याद्वारे जळगाव जिल्ह्यतील धरणगाव तालुक्यातील एकलग्न बु. व पोखरी या सोबतच्या अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (३) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे महसुली गावाचा समावेश असलेले स्थानिक क्षेत्र हे ज्या दिनांकापासून स्वतंत्र गाव असेल आणि संविधानाच्या भाग ९ च्या प्रयोजनासाठी अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे एकलग्न बु. आणि पोखरी या नावाने ओळखले जातील तो दिनांक म्हणून ३१ ऑगस्ट, २०१९ हा दिवस विर्िनदिष्ट करीत आहेत.

NOTIFICATION
CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No. VPM-2018/CR-59/PR-4(22).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications and instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon and Village Panchayat and the Gram Sabha Eklagna Bk. in Dharangaon Tahasil of Jalgaon District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 31st August, 2019 to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising the revenue village of Eklagna Bk. and Pokhari in Dharangaon Tahasil, of Jalgaon District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Eklagna Bk. and Pokhari, respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
