भारताचे संविधान.
क्रमांक सेप्रनि. २०१८/प्र.क्र. ७४/आ(संनि).---- भारताच्या संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद ३०९ च्या परंतुकान्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल याद्वारे सचिव आणि अन्य समकक्ष पदे, महाराष्ट्र शासन, जलसंपदा विभाग (सेवाप्रवेश) नियम, २००५ यामध्ये सुधारणा करण्याकरिता पुढील नियम करीत आहेत :-----
१. या नियमांना सचिव आणि अन्य समकक्ष पदे, महाराष्ट्र शासन, जलसंपदा विभाग (सेवाप्रवेश) (सुधारणा) नियम, २०१९ असे संबोधण्यात येईल.
२. सचिव आणि अन्य समकक्ष पदे, महाराष्ट्र शासन, जलसंपदा विभाग (सेवा प्रवेश) नियम, २००५ मधील नियम ३ ऐवजी पुढील नियम दाखल करण्यात येईल :----
'' ३. विभागातील सचिव व अन्य समकक्ष पदावरील नियुक्ती, मुख्य अभियंता (स्थापत्य), गट-अ हे पद धारण करणाया व सदर पदावर किमान तीन वषार्ंपेक्षा कमी नाही इतकी नियमित सेवा पूर्ण केलेल्या व्यक्तीमधून जेष्ठताअधिन निव्वळ गुणवत्ता या आधारे, पदोन्नतीने करण्यात येईल. ''.

NOTIFICATION
CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No. BCR. 2018/C.R. 74/E(CR).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India. the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules to amend the Secretary to Government and other equivalent posts in the Water Resources Department of the Government of Maharashtra (Recruitment) Rules, 2005, namely :—
1. These rules may be called the Secretary to Government and other equivalent posts in the Water Resources Department of the Government of Maharashtra (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
2. For rule 3 of the the Secretary to Government and other equivalent posts in the Department of the Government of Maharashtra (Recruitment) Rules, 2005, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :—
'' 3. Appointment to the post of the Secretary to Government and other equivalent posts in the Department shall be made by promotion of a suitable person on the basis of strict selection with due regard to seniority, from amongst the persons holding the post of Chief Engineer (Civil) having not less than three years regular service on that post. ''.
