सुधारित व एकत्रित नवीन प्रारूप विकास योजना तयार करणेबाबतचा इरादा जाहीर करणेबाबत.

ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ (यात यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख " उक्त अधिनियम " असा करण्यात आला आहे) चे कलम ११३(१) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून शासनाने नगरविकास, सार्वजनिक आरोग्य व गृहनिर्माण विभागाची अधिसूचना क्रमांक आरपीबी. ११७१/१८१२४/११३/आयडब्ल्यू, दिनांक २० मार्च १९७१ द्वारे, यात नमूद करण्यात आलेले क्षेत्र हे नवी मुंबई ह्य नवीन नगराचे क्षेत्र म्हणून घोषित केले आहे व सिडकोस नगरविकास, सार्वजनिक आरोग्य व गृहनिर्माण विभागाची अधिसूचना क्रमांक आरपीबी. १८१२४/II डब्ल्यू, दिनांक २० मार्च १९७१ अन्वये, उक्त अधिनियमांच्या कलम ११३(३अ) नुसार नवी मुंबई या नवीन नगर क्षेत्रासाठी नवनगरविकास प्राधिकरण म्हणून नियुक्त केले आहे (यात यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख " उक्त नवनगर क्षेत्र " असा करण्यात आला आहे) ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ३१(१) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, शासनाने उक्त नवनगर क्षेत्रासाठी सिडकोने सादर केलेल्या रचनाबद्ध आराखडयाच्या (Structural Plan) स्वरूपात असलेल्या प्रारूप विकास योजनेस नगरविकास व सार्वजनिक आरोग्य विभाग, अधिसूचना क्रमांक आरपीबी. ११७५/६३५/यूंडी-५, दिनांक १८ ऑगस्ट १९७९ सह अधिसूचना क्रमांक आरपीबी. ११७५/६३५/यूंडी-५, दिनांक १८ जानेवारी १९८० अन्वये मंजुरी दिलेली आहे आणि उक्त विकास योजना दिनांक १ मार्च १९८० पासून अंमलात आलेली आहे (यात या पुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख "उक्त अंतिम विकास योजना " असा करण्यात आला आहे) ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, पनवेल नगर परिषद हद्दीची सुधारित विकास योजना संचालक, नगररचना, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, यांनी अधिसूचना क्रमांक वि. यो. पनवेल (सु)/टीपीव्ही-३/१६-९३/२/१६७६, दिनांक १६ मार्च १९९३ अन्वये मंजुरी दिलेली आहे आणि उक्त पनवेल सुधारित विकास योजना, दिनांक १५ मे १९९३ पासून अंमलात आलेली आहे (यात पुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख " उक्त पनवेल सुधारित विकास योजना " असा करण्यात आला आहे) ;

भाग दोन---६२---१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग दोन, सप्टेंबर ९, २०१९/भाद्र १८, शके १९४१ आणि ज्याअर्थी पनवेल नगरपरिषद हद्दीतील वगळलेल्या भागाची विकास योजना संचालक, नगररचना, महाराष्ट्र राज्य अधिसूचना क्रमांक वि. यो. (सु)/ईपी/५३-९४/टीपीव्ही-३/२८२०, दिनांक २७ एप्रिल १९९४ अन्वये मंजुरी दिलेली आहे आणि उक्त वगळलेल्या भागाची सुधारित विकास योजना, दिनांक १ जूलै १९९४ पासून अंमलात आलेली आहे (यात या पुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख " उक्त पनवेल वगळलेल्या भागाची सुधारित विकास योजना " असा करण्यात आला आहे) ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, पनवेल महानगरपालिका हद्दीमध्ये मुंबई महानगर प्रदेशाच्या अंबरनाथ, कुळगाव-बदलापूर व परिसर अधिसूचित क्षेत्राच्या मंजूर विकास योजनेतील ११ महसूली गावाचा समावेश पनवेल महानगरपालिकेच्या हद्दीत करणेत आलेला आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी अंबरनाथ, कुळगाव-बदलापूर व परिसर अधिसूचित क्षेत्राची विकास योजना शासनाचे नगरविकास विभाग, अधिसूचना क्रमांक टीपीएस- १२०४/९४१/ सीआर-१६३/०४/नवि-१२, दिनांक २५ जूलै २००५ अन्वये मंजुरी दिलेली आहे आणि उक्त, एम.एम.आर.डी.ए. विकास योजना दिनांक १२ ऑगस्ट २००५ पासून अंमलांत आलेली आहे (यात यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख " उक्त एम.एम.आर.डी.ए. विकास योजना " असा करण्यात आला आहे) ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १९४९ (यात यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख " उक्त महानगरपालिका अधिनियम " असा करण्यात आला आहे) चे कलम ३ च्या पोट-कलम (४) नुसार शासन नगरविकास विभाग अधिसूचना क्रमांक पनवेल महानगरपालिका-२९१४/ व्हीआयफी सं.क्र. ३०१/प्र.क्र. ३५४/नवि-२३, दिनांक २६ सप्टेंबर २०१६ याद्वारे नमूद केलेल्या पनवेल नगरपरिषदेचे संपूर्ण क्षेत्र व २९ महसूली गावांच्या क्षेत्रासाठी पनवेल महानगरपालिकेची स्थापना करण्यात आली असून ती दिनांक १ ऑक्टोबर २०१६ पासून अस्तित्वात आली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, शासनाच्या नगरविकास विभागाची अधिसूचना क्रमांक टिपीएस. १२१६/युओआर-७७/१६, दिनांक १४ ऑक्टोबर २०१६ अन्वये उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ११३(३अ) नुसार पनवेल महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील खारघर नोड मधील गावे तळोजे पाचानंद, खारघर, ओवे, नावडे व पेंधर क्षेत्रासाठी नगरविकास प्राधिकरण म्हणून सिडको यांस नियुक्त केले आहे. त्याचप्रामणे आसुडगांव (भागश:), टेंभोडे (भागश:), वळवळी (भागश:), पडघे (भागश:) व रोडपाली (भागश:) या क्षेत्रासाठी मे. नवी मुंबई सेझ प्रा. लि. यास विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण म्हणून नियुक्त केले आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, पनवेल महानगरपालिकेस उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २(१५) (अ) आणि २(१९) मधील तरतुदीनुसार नियोजन प्राधिकरणाचे सर्व अधिकार प्राप्त असल्याने उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २१ अन्वये उक्त पनवेल नगरपरिषदेचे संपूर्ण क्षेत्र, सिडको नगरविकास प्राधिकरण हद्दीतील शासनाच्या दिनांक १४ ऑक्टोबर २०१६ रोजीच्या अधिसूचनेमधील नमुद व अनुसूची ' ब ' व ' क ' मध्ये नमूद गांवे वगळता उर्वरित क्षेत्र तसेच मुंबई महानगर प्रदेशातील अंबरनाथ, कुळगाव-बदलापूर व परिसर अधिसूची क्षेत्रातील उक्त एम.एम.आर.डी.ए. विकास योजनेतील ११ महसूली गावासाठी सुधारित व एकत्रित नवीन विकास योजना तयार करणेचे अधिकार पनवेल महानगरपालिकेला आहेत ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अंतिम विकास योजना, उक्त पनवेल सुधारित विकास योजना, उक्त पनवेल वगळलेल्या भागाची सुधारित विकास योजना अंमलात आल्यापासून २० वषार्ंच्या कालावधीत निदान एकदा तरी उक्त विकास योजना सुधारित करणे उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ३८ अन्वये आवश्यक आहे. तसेच उक्त अंतिम विकास योजना ही रचनात्मक आराखडयाच्या स्वरूपात असून त्यामध्ये कोणत्याही प्रकारचे सुक्ष्म स्तरावरील नियोजने दर्शविलेले नाही ; त्याचप्रामणे उक्त एम.एम.आर.डी.ए. विकास योजना मध्ये सुद्धा सुक्ष्म स्तरावरील नियोजने दर्शविलेली नाही ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, पनवेल महानगरपालिकेकडे नियोजन प्राधिकरणाच्या सर्व शक्ती विहित असल्याने उक्त अंतिम विकास योजना, उक्त पनवेल सुधारित विकास योजना, उक्त वगळलेल्या भागाची सुधारित विकास योजना, उक्त एम.एम.आर.डी.ए. विकास योजना, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ३८ अन्वये सुधारित करण्याचे अधिकार पनवेल महानगरपालिकेला आहेत ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, पनवेल महानगरपालिका क्षेत्रापैकी सिडको नगरविकास प्राधिकरण हद्दीतील शासनाच्या नगरविकास विभागाच्या दिनांक १४ ऑक्टोबर २०१६ रोजीच्या अधिसूचने मधील नमुद व अनुसूची ' ब ' प्रमाणे गावांसाठी सिडकोची नगरविकास प्राधिकरण म्हणून नियुक्ती केली आहे ; तसेच सिडको हद्दीतील अनुसूची ' क ' प्रमाणे गावातील जमिनीसाठी मे. नवी मुंबई सेझ प्रा. लि. यास विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण म्हणून नियुक्ती केली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, पनवेल महानगरपालिकेस उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २(१५) (अ) आणि २(१९) मधील तरतुदीनुसार नियोजन प्राधिकरणाचे सर्व अधिकार प्राप्त असल्याने उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २१ अन्वये उक्त पनवेल नगरपरिषदेचे संपूर्ण क्षेत्र, सिडको नगरविकास प्राधिकरण हद्दीतीलमहाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग दोन, सप्टेंबर ९, २०१९/भाद्र १८, शके १९४१ ३ शासनाच्या दिनांक १४ ऑक्टोबर २०१६ रोजीच्या अधिसूचने मधील नमुद व अनुसूची ' ब ' व ' क ' मध्ये नमूद गांवे वगळता उर्वरित क्षेत्र तसेच मुंबई महानगरप्रदेशातील अंबरनाथ, कुळगाव-बदलापूर व परिसर अधिसूचित क्षेत्रातील उक्त एम.एम.आर.डी.ए. विकास योजनेतील ११ महसूली गावासाठी सुधारित व नव्याने एकत्रित विकास योजना तयार करणेचे अधिकार पनवेल महानगरपालिकेला आहेत ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, पनवेल महानगरपालिकेच्या सर्वसाधारण सभेने ठराव क्रमांक १८९, दिनांक ५ सप्टेंबर २०१९ रोजी उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २३(१) अन्वये सुधारित व एकत्रित नवीन प्रारूप विकास योजनेचा इरादा जाहीर करण्यास मंजुरी प्रदान केली असून उक्त अधिनियमान्वये प्रारूप विकास योजनेची संपूर्ण वैधानिक कार्यवाही करणेसाठी आयुक्त, पनवेल महानगरपालिका यांना प्राधिकृत केलेले आहे ;

त्याअर्थी आता, उक्त अधिनियमान्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून आयुक्त, पनवेल महानगरपालिका हे उक्त कलम २३(१) नुसार या नोटीस सोबतच्या अनुसूची " अ " निर्देशित केलेल्या क्षेत्रामधून अनुसूची " ब " आणि " क " मध्ये निर्देशित केलेले क्षेत्र वगळून उर्वरित क्षेत्राची प्रारूप विकास योजना तयार करणेबाबत उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २३(१) च्या तरतुदीनुसार इरादा जाहीर करीत आहे की, या सूचनेसोबत जोडलेल्या नकाशामध्ये दर्शविलेल्या, उक्त अंतिम विकास योजनेत अंतभर्ूत असलेल्या सिडको विकसित तसेच अविकसित क्षेत्रासाठी, पनवेल नगर परिषद क्षेत्राची उक्त पनवेल सुधारित विकास योजना, उक्त पनवेल वगळलेल्या भागाची सुधारित विकास योजना, मुंबई महानगर प्रदेश विकास प्राधिकरणाच्या अंबरनाथ, कुळगाव-बदलापूर व परिसर अधिसूचित क्षेत्राची उक्त एम.एम.आर.डी.ए. ची विकास योजना (सिडको हे नगरविकास प्राधिकरण नियुक्त असलेले क्षेत्र, मे. नवी मुंबई सेझ प्रा. लि. हे विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण असलेले क्षेत्र तसेच महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळ (एम.आय.डी.सी.) हे विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण असलेले क्षेत्र वगळून) उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ३८ सह कलम २१ मधील तरतुदीनुसार सुधारित व एकत्रित नवीन प्रारूप विकास योजना तयार करून प्रसिद्ध करणेची आहे, आणि,

ज्यासाठी, सुधारित विकास योजना आणि प्रारूप विकास योजना तयार करावयाची आहे अशा अधिसूचित क्षेत्राची सीमा दर्शविणारा नकाशा अनुसूची " ड " कामकाजाच्या सर्व दिवशी कार्यालयीन वेळेत जनतेच्या पाहणीसाठी नमूद केलेल्या कार्यालयामध्ये पाहणीसाठी खुला ठेवला आहे. तसेच पनवेल महानगरपालिकेच्या www.panvelcorporation.com या संकेतस्थळावर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आलेले आहे.

(१) जिल्हाधिकारी, जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालय, रायगड-अलिबाग.

(२) सह संचालक, नगर रचना, कोकण विभाग, कोकण भवन, ३ रा मजला सी.बी.डी., बेलापूर.

(४) सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, पनवेल महानगरपालिका, अग्निशामन बिल्डींग, तिसरा मजला, मुस्लिम नाका, पनवेल. प्रस्तावित प्रारूप विकास योजनेच्या हद्दीतबाबत नागरिकांच्या सूचना आणि/किंवा हरकती असल्यास त्या सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, पनवेल महानगरपालिका, अग्निशामन बिल्डींग, तिसरा मजला, मुस्लिम नाका, पनवेल किंवा [email protected] या ई-मेल वर पाठविणेत याव्यात.

राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून ६० (साठ) दिवसांच्या कालावधीत प्राप्त झालेल्या लेखी सूचना आणि/किंवा हरकती आयुक्त, पनवेल महानगरपालिका विचारात घेतील.

टिप.----ज्या ज्या ठिकाणी महानगरपालिका क्षेत्राच्या हद्दीमधील काही क्षेत्र महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाच्या कक्षेत येते, त्या त्या क्षेत्रासाठी महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळ हे विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण असेल. तसेच दिनांक १४ ऑक्टोबर २०१६ रोजीच्या शासन अधिसूचनेनुसार अनुसूची " ब " मध्ये नमूद क्षेत्रासाठी सिडको हे नगरविकास विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण असेल तसेच अनुसूची " क " मध्ये नमूद मे. नवी मुंबई सेझ प्रा. लि. हे विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण म्हणून कार्यरत असेल.

Notice

Declaration of intention to prepare Revised and Consolidated New Draft Development Plan of Panvel Municipal Corporation under Section 23(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

No. PMC/TPO/ADTP/3007/2019, dated 9th September 2019

And Whereas, the Govt., in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 113(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as "said Act") has designated site for New–Town of Navi Mumbai( hereinafter referred to as "Said New Town") vide Urban Development and Public Health Department's (UD and PH) Notification No. RPB. 1171/18124/I.W., dated the 20th March 1971 and CIDCO has been appointed as New Town Department Authority (NTDA) for the said New Town Under Section 113(3A) of the said Act vide Urban Development and Public Health Department's Notification No. RPB. 117/18124/II.W., dated the 20th March 1971;

And whereas, the Govt. in exercise of the Powers conferred by Section 31(1) of the said Act vide UD and PHD's Notification No. RPB. 1175/635/UD-5, dated the 18th January 1980 has been sanctioned the Draft Development Plan (hereinafter referred to as said Final Development Plan) in the form of structural plan submitted by CIDCO for the said New Town area and the said Final Development Plan came into force with effect form 1sth March 1980 ;

And whereas, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 31(1) of the Said Act vide Notification No. DP/ Panvel (R) / TPV – 3/16 – 93/2/1676, dated the 16th March 1993, Sanctioned the Panvel Municipal Council's Revised Development Plan (hereinafter referred as the Panvel Revised Development Plan) and the said Revised Development Plan into force with effect from 15th May 1993 ;

And whereas, the Panvel Municipal Council Revised Development Plan's Excluded Part Development Plan (hereinafter referred as the Panvel Excluded Part Revised Development Plan) vide Notification No. DP–Panvel (R)/EP/53-94/ TPV-3/2820, dated the 27th April 1994 and the said Panvel Excluded Part Revised Development Plan came into force with effect from 1st July 1994 ;

And whereas, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region's Ambernath, Kulgaon–Badlapur and Surrounded Notified Area's Sanctioned Development Plan's 11 revenue villages has been included in the Panvel Municipal Corporation Area ;

And whereas, the Government in exercise of the Powers Conferred by section 31(1) of the said Act vide Urban Development Notification No. TPS–1204/ 941/CR–1630/UD–12, dated 25th July 2005 Sanctioned the Mumbai Metropolitan Region's Ambernath, Kulgaon–Badlapur and Surrounded Notified Area's Sanctioned Development Plan (hereinafter referred as MMRDA Development Plan) and the said MMRDA Development Plan came into force with effect from 12th August 2005 ;

And whereas, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region's Ambernath, Kulgaon–Badlapur and Surrounded Notified Area's Sanctioned Development Plan's 11 revenue villages has been included in the Panvel Municipal Corporation Area ;

And whereas, the Government in exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 (hereinafter referred to as the "said MMC Act") vide the Panvel Urban Development Notification No. PNP.2014/VIP No. 301/CR. 354/UD/23, dated the 25th September 2016 constituted the Panvel Municipal Corporation for the areas of whole area of Panvel Municipal Council and 29 revenue villages specified therein, which came into force with effect from 1st October 2016.

And whereas, the Government in exercise of the powers conferred by section 113 (3A) of the said Act, vide Urban Development Notification No. UOR–77/16, dated 14th October 2016 the CIDCO has been declared as New Town Development Authority for Kharghar Node villages namely Taloje Panchanand, Kharghar, Owe, Nawde and Pendhar : Also the M/s. Navi Mumbai SEZ Pvt. Ltd. has been declared as Special Planning Authority for the villages Asudagon (pt), Tembhode (pt), Valvali (pt), Padghe (pt) and Roadpali (pt) vide Urban Development Notification No. UOR -77/16, dated 14th October 2016. भाग दोन-----६२----२अ८ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग दोन, सप्टेंबर ९, २०१९/भाद्र १८, शके १९४१ And whereas, the powers of Planning Authority has also been vested to Panvel Municipal Corporation as per the provisions of Section 2(15) (a) and 2(19) of the said Act for the whole Panvel Municipal Council, CIDCO New Town Development Authority Area excluding the villages as mentioned in the Government Notification dated 14th October 2016 as per the Schedule 'B' and 'C' and villages of Ambernath, Kulgaon- Badlapur and Surrounding Notified Area Development Plan of Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

And whereas, it is expedient to revise the said Final Development Plan, Panvel Revised Development Plan, Panvel Excluded Part Revised Development Plan, at least once in a 20 years as per provision of section 38 of the said Act. The said Final development Plan and MMRDA Development Plan are in the form of structure plan and no micro level planning was shown on the said Final Development Plan and MMRDA Development Plan ;

And whereas, the Panvel Municipal Corporation being a Planning Authority of the area is empowered to revise the said Final Development Plan, Panvel Revised Development Plan and Panvel Excluded Part Revised Development Plan and MMRDA Development Plan under Section 38 of the said Act ;

And whereas, Government vide Urban Development Notification, dated the 14th October 2016 has appointed CIDCO as a New Town Development Authority for revenue villages of Kharghar Node namely Taloje Pachanand, Kharghar, Owe, Navde and Pendhar as mentioned in Annexure "B". Also M/s. Navi Mumbai SEZ has been appointed SPA for the villages Asudgaon (pt), Tembhode(pt), Valvali(pt), Padghe(pt) and Roadpali(pt) as mentioned in Annexure "C" ;

And whereas, as per the provisions of section 2(15) (a) and 2(19) of the said Act, Panvel Municipal Corporation empowered as Planning Authority. Therefore it is expedient to prepare the Revised and Consolidated New Draft Development Plan under Section 21 of the said Act for the whole Panvel Municipal Council, CIDCO New Town Development Authority Area excluding the villages as mentioned in the Government Notification, dated 14th October 2016 as per the schedule 'B' and 'C' and villages of Ambernath, Kulgaon-Badlapur and Surrounding Notified Area Development Plan of Mumbai Metropolitan Region ;

And whereas, the General Body in its meeting held on dated 5th September 2019 vide Resolution No. 189 has given its approval to declare the intention under section 23(1) of the said Act to prepare Revised and Consolidated Draft Development Plan for Panvel Municipal Corporation area and has also authorized the Commissioner, Panvel Municipal Corporation for carrying out necessary statutory proceedings of Development Plan as per the provisions of the said Act ;

Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, Municipal Commissioner, Panvel Municipal Corporation under Section 23(1) read with Section 38 of the said Act, hereby declare its intention to prepare the Revised and Consolidated Draft Development Plan for the area excluding the areas shown in Schedule 'B' and Schedule 'C' from the areas shown in Schedule 'A' appended hereto,—

A Plan appended hereto as Schedule 'D' showing the boundaries of the area for which the Revised and Consolidated Draft Development Plan alongwith the consolidated Draft Development Plan is to be prepared, is kept open for the inspection of the Public on all working days and in working hours the Office of the following and published on Panvel Municipal Corporation website panvelcorporation.com. (a) Collector, Collector office, Raigad-Alibag.

(b) Joint Director of Town Planning, Konkan Division, Kokan Bhavan, 3rd Floor, C.B.D Belapur.

(c) Assistant Director of Town Planning, Raigad-Alibag Branch, Old Alibag Municipal Council Building, Alibag.

(d) Assistant Director of Town Planning, Panvel Municipal Corporation, Town Planning Department, 3rd Floor, Fire Brigade Building, Near Muslim Naka, Panvel.

Any citizen, who want to submit any objection and/or suggestion about the boundaries of proposed Revised and consolidated Draft Development Plan limits, he/ she may submit in writing to the Assistant Director of Town Planning, Panvel Municipal Corporation, Town Planning Department, 3rd Floor, Fire Brigade Building, Near Muslim Naka, Panvel.

It shall be noted that, as per Section 23(1) of the said Act, suggestions or objection if any, received by Panvel Municipal Corporation in writing within 60(Sixty) days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette (MGG) would only be considered, by Municipal Commissioner, Panvel Municipal Corporation.

Note.—In the above referred villages wherever part of the area in these revenue villages falls in MIDC's jurisdiction, MIDC will continue to be a Special Planning Authority. Further CIDCO will continue to be New Town Development Authority and M/s. Navi Mumbai SEZ Ltd. as a Special Planning Authority as per the Government Notification dated 14th October 2016 for the land as shown in Schedule 'B' and Schedule 'C' appended hereto.
