क्रमांक आरपीए. २०१५/प्र.क्र.२११(१)/र-१.----ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने भूमीसंपादन पुनर्वसन व पुनस्र्थापना करताना वाजवी भरपाई मिळण्याचा व पारदर्शकतेचा हक्क अधिनियम, २०१३ (२०१३ चा ३०) च्या कलम ४३ च्या पोट-कलम (१) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, शासन अधिसुचना, महसूल व वन विभाग, क्रमांक.आरपीए-२०१५/प्र.क्र.२११(१)/र-१, दिनांक ३० सप्टेंबर, २०१५ (यात यापुढे जिचा " उक्त अधिसूचना " असा निर्देश करण्यात आला आहे.) द्वारे उप जिल्हाधिकारी (पुनर्वसन), पुणे, जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालय, पुणे, यांची उक्त अधिसुचनेसाबतच्या अनुसुचीच्या स्तंभ (२) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या प्रकल्पांकरिता, प्रशासक, पुनर्वसन व पुनस्र्थापना म्हणून नियुक्ती करण्यात आली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिसूचनेसोबतच्या अनुसुचीच्या स्तंभ (२) मध्ये नमुद केलेल्या प्रकल्पांकरिता प्रशासक, पुनर्वसन व पुनस्र्थापना याची नियुक्ती करण्याची आवश्यकता नसल्याबाबत शासनाची खात्री झाली आहे ;
त्याअर्थी, आता, भुमीसंपादन पुनर्वसन व पुनस्र्थापना करताना वाजवी भरपाई मिळण्याचा व पारदर्शकतेचा हक्क अधिनियम, २०१३ (२०१३ चा ३०) च्या कलम ४३ च्या पोट-कलम (१) यासह महाराष्ट्र सर्वसाधारण वाक्खंड अधिनियम (१९०४ चा १) च्या कलम २१ अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे, शासन अधिसुचना, महसूल व वन विभाग, क्रमांक आरपीए-२०१५/प्र.क्र.२११(१)/र-१, दिनांक ३० सप्टेंबर २०१५ रद्द करीत आहे.

RIGHT TO FAIR COMPENSATION AND TRANSPARENCY IN LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT ACT, 2013.
No. RPA-1415/C.R.211(1)/R-1.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra vide Government Notification, Revenue and Forest Department, No. RPA-1415/C.R.211(1)/R-1, dated 30th September 2015 (hereinafter referred to as " the said Notification "), issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) appointed Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation) Pune, Office of the Collector Pune to be the Administrator for Rehabilitation and Resettlement in respect of projects specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended to the said Notification;
And whereas, the Government considers that there is no necessity for appointment of Administrator for Rehabilitation and Resettlement in respect of projects specified in column (2) of the schedule appended to the said Notification ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013), read with section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act (1 of 1904), the Government of Maharashtra hereby rescind the Government Notification, Revenue and Forest Department, No. RPA-2015/ C.R.No. 211(1)/ R-1, dated the 30th September 2015.

No. RPA-1415/C.R.211(5)/R-1.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra vide Government Notification, Revenue and Forest Department, No. RPA-1415/C.R.211(5)/R-1, dated 30th September 2015 (hereinafter referred to as " the said Notification "), issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) appointed Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation) Kolhapur, Office of the Collector Kolhapur to be the Administrator for Rehabilitation and Resettlement in respect of projects specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended to the said Notification ;
And whereas, the Government considers that there is no necessity for appointment of Administrator for Rehabilitation and Resettlement in respect of projects specified in column (2) of the schedule appended to the said Notification ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013), read with section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act (1 of 1904), the Government of Maharashtra hereby rescind the Government Notification, Revenue and Forest Department, No. RPA-2015/ C.R.No. 211(5)/ R-1, dated the 30th September 2015.
