सूक्ष्म, लघु व मध्यम उपक्रम विकास अधिनियम, २००६.
क्रमांक एसएसआय-२०१९/प्र.क्र. ९५/उद्योग-७.---- उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभाग अधिसूचना क्रमांक एसएसआय-२०१६/प्र.क्र. ५३/उ-७, दिनांक १२ मे २०१६ द्वारे (यापुढे "उक्त अधिसूचना" नमूद करण्यात येईल.) महाराष्ट्र शासनाने अमरावती विभागासाठी सदस्य असलेली सूक्ष्म व लघु उपक्रम सुकरता परिषद अनुसूचीमध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे स्थापन केलेली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, सध्याच्या सदस्यांचा कालावधी समाप्त झाल्यामुळे महाराष्ट्र शासनास सुकरता परिषदेचे सदस्य म्हणून उद्योग सह संचालक (अमरावती विभाग) उद्योग संचालनालय पदसिद्ध अतिरिक्त विकास आयुक्त (उद्योग) यांची पदसिद्ध अध्यक्ष, क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक, बँक ऑफ महाराष्ट्र, अमरावती, अध्यक्ष, औद्योगिक वसाहत सहकारी संस्था लि., सातुरना, अमरावती, अध्यक्ष, एम.आय.डी.सी. औद्योगिक संघटना, अकोला आणि उद्योग उप संचालक (अमरावती विभाग) यांची नियुक्ती करणे आवश्यक आहे ;
त्याअर्थी आता, सूक्ष्म, लघु व मध्यम उपक्रम विकास अधिनियम, २००६ (२००६ चा २७) मधील कलम २० व २१ तसेच सूक्ष्म व लघु उपक्रम सुकरता परिषद नियम, २००७ मधील नियम ३ व ४ च्या तरतुदीतील अधिकारांचा आणि याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे याखाली असलेल्या अनुसूचीमध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे सदस्यांची तीन वषार्ंसाठी नियुक्ती करत आहे आणि त्यासाठी उक्त अधिसूचनेमध्ये पुढीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करण्यात येत आहे :----

NOTIFICATION
MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT ACT, 2006.
No. SSI-2019/C.R. 95/Ind.-7.— Whereas, vide the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. SSI-2016/CR-53/Ind.-7, dated the 12th May, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as " the said notification "), the Government of Maharashtra has established the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council for Amravati Revenue Division consisting of the Members as mentioned in the Schedule appended thereto ;
And Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, due to expiry of the term of the existing members, considers it expedient to appoint the Joint Director of Industries, Amravati Region, Directorate of Industries, holding the post of Additional Development Commissioner (Industries) as an Ex-officio Chairperson, Divisional Manager, Bank of Maharashtra, Amravati, Chairman, Industrial Co-operative Institute Ltd., Saturana, Amravati, Chairman, MIDC Industrial Association, Akola and Deputy Director of Industries (Amravati Region) as Members on the said Facilitation Council ;
Now, Therefore, In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 20 and 21 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006) read with rules 3 and 4 of the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2007 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the said members as mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto, for the period of three years and for that purpose, amends the said notification as follow, namely :—
