Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 of Section 23(1) Development Plan
of Dhamangaon-Railway.

Under the Provisions of the Bombay Town Planning Act, 1954, the Dhamangaon-Railway City Development Plan has been prepared and approval was given under Government Order No TPS-1990, dated 19th April, 1990 and the implementation of this scheme was implemented from 1st September, 1991. It is necessary to revise the existing Development Plan once in a period of ten years from the date of implementation of the approved Development Plan in accordance with the Provisions of Section 38 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, instead of the Bombay Town Planning Act, 1954.
According to the provision in Section 21(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, the Munici- pal Council is required to prepare the Development Plan and submit it to the Government for a period of 3 years from the date of establishment of the Municipal Council. General Assembly Subject No. 2, on dated 09th September, 2019, under Section 23(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning, Act, 1966 of the jurisdiction of the Municipal Council, it is announced that the intention of the City of Dhamangaon-Railway is to prepare a revised Development Plan.
A Copy of Plan which is signed and dated by the Chief Officer/President of Dhamangaon-Railway Municipal Council, showing the area for which Development Plan is to be prepared, is kept open for inspection by the public on all working days during office hours at the office of Dhamangaon-Railway, Municipal Council as required under Section 23(2) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
Citizens who have any suggestions or objections regarding the Development Plan should be communicated in writing to the Dhamangaon-Railway, Municipal Council within 60 (sixty) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette of Maharashtra Government, so that the Municipal Council will consider the Dhammangaon-Railway Development Plan properly.

Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 Development Plan of Telhara (Original limit revised &
Additional Area).

The Telhara Municipal Council declared the intension to revise the Development Plan of Telhara (Original limit revised & Additional Area) by its Resolution No. 1, dated 31st August, 2019. The Town Planning Officer appointed by the Telhara Municipal Council with prior sanction of the Joint Director of Town Planning, Amravati Division, Amravati has prepared and submitted the Draft Development Plan of Telhara (Original limit revised & Additional Area) to the Municipal Council Telhara.
Notice is hereby given as required under Section 26 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 that the above Draft Development Plan is now published this today date 16th September, 2019 in the manner laid down under Section 26 (1) of the above said Act.
A Copy of the said Draft Development plan and report are kept open for inspection of the public at the office of the Municipal Council, Telhara during office hours on any working day.
If within 30 (thirty) days from the date if publication of this notification in the Maharashtra Government Gazette any person affected the Draft Development Plan, communicates in writing any suggestion or objection relating to this revised plan to the Telhara Municipal Council. The Municipal Council would consider the same before submitting the said plan to Government for final sanction under Section 30 of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.
