INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE ACT, 1947.
No. IDA-92019/CR-59/LAB-2.–In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 and 8 of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), and with reference to the Notification No. A-3902/2019, dated 29th August 2019 of the Registrar General, High Court, Bombay, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Judicial Officer shown in Column No. 2 in place of the judicial officer shown in Column No. 3 as the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Latur shown in Column No. 4 of the schedule appointed here to.
