Corrigendum
Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
No. TPS - 1116 / CR - 140 ( B) /2016/UD-9/Corrigendum.- Whereas , in accordance with sub - section (1) of Section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act , 1966 ( hereinafter referred to as " the said Act " ) the State Government has sanctioned the Excluded Part of Revised Draft Development Plan of Nashik Municipal Corporation vide Notification No. TPS - 1116 /CR - 140 ( B)/2016/ UD-9, dated 31st December 2018 as specified in Schedule annexed to notification ( hereinafter referred to as " the said Excluded Part " ) ;
and whereas , it is observed that some errors , are needed to be corrected in accordance with the Government approval in the EP -60 under Excluded Part column of Schedule and for that purpose it is necessary to issue Corrigendum for the same as mentioned in Annexure attached hereto- Now therefore , this Corrigendum is issued here in respect of such corrections in the EP -60 (Schedule) as mentioned in Annexure attached hereto .
Copy of this Corrigendum is kept open for the inspection to General Public in the following offices during office hours on all working days for a period of 30 days .
(1 ) The Commissioner, Nashik Municipal Corporation , Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan , Nashik .
(2) The Joint Director of Town Planning , Nashik Division , Nashik Commissioner Office Compound , Nashik Road , Nashik -422 101 .
(3 ) The Assistant Director of Town Planning , Nashik Branch , Nashik, 2nd Floor, Zilla Krushi Audyogik Sahakari Sangh Limited , near NDCC Bank , Dwarka Chowk , Nashik .
This Corrigendum shall be published on the Government web - site at www.maharashtra.gov.in (कायदे व नियम) ;
