कर्मचारी राज्य विमा अधिनियम, १९४८.
क्रमांक ईएसआय-२०१८/प्र.क्र. ५०/काम-३.---- कर्मचारी राज्य विमा अधिनियम, १९४८ (१९४८ चा ३४) च्या कलम ८७ व कलम ९१ (क) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे, महाराष्ट्र राज्य वखार महामंडळ, पुणे या आस्थापनेस उक्त अधिनियमाच्या अंमलबजावणीतून दिनांक २३ फेब्रुवारी २०१७ ते दिनांक २२ फेब्रुवारी २०१८ आणि दिनांक २३ फेब्रुवारी २०१८ ते दिनांक २२ फेब्रुवारी २०१९ या कालावधीसाठी सूट देण्यात येत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
EMPLOYEES STATE INSURANCE ACT, 1948.
No. ESI- 2018/C.R. 50/Labour-3.— In exercise of the powers conferred under section 87 and 91-A of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) and all other powers enabling in that behalf the Government of Maharashtra hereby pleased to exempt M/s. Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation, Pune from implementation of the provisions of the said Act for the period of dated 23rd February 2017 to 22nd February 2018 and dated 23rd February 2018 to 22nd February 2019.
