मा. धर्मदाय उप आयुक्त, जळगांव विभाग, जळगांव वर नमुद केलेल्या नोंदणी अर्ज यासंबंधी महाराष्ट्र सार्वजनिक विश्वस्त व्यवस्था अधिनियम, १९५० चे कलम ७९ अ अ अन्वये पुनर्िलखीत करणेसाठी खालील मुद्यांवर चौकशी करणार आहेत.

१. वर नमूद केलेला न्यास अस्तित्वात आहे काय ? आणि सदरचा न्यास सार्वजनिक स्वरूपाचा आहे ?

२. खाली र्िनदिष्ट केलेली मिळकत सदर न्यासाच्या मालकीची आहे काय ?

(अ) जंगम मिळकत : (वर्णन) :-- काही नाही.

(ब) स्थावर मिळकत : (वर्णन) :-- काही नाही.

(क) तसेच वरील अर्जदार यांनी या कार्यालयात सदर न्यासाची परि.१ आढळ होत नसल्यामुळे पुर्नलिखित करण्याकामी दिनांक ०८ ऑगस्ट, २०१९ रोजी अर्ज दाखल केलेला आहे. या अर्जामधील मा. धर्मादाय उप आयुक्त, जळगांव विभाग, जळगांव यांचे आदेशाप्रमाणे पुर्नलिखित करण्यात आलेली आहे.

टीप : सदरची नोंद या कार्यालयात पाहण्यासाठी उपलब्ध आहे.

सदरच्या चौकशी प्रकरणामध्ये कोणास काही हरकत घ्यावयाची असेल अगर पुरावा देणेचा असेल त्यांनी त्यांची लेखी कैफियत ही नोटीस प्रसिद्ध तारखेपासून तीस दिवसांचे आत या कार्यालयाचे वरील पयावर मिळेल, अशा रितीने पाठवावी. त्यानंतर आलेल्या कैफियतीचा विचार केला जाणार नाही. तसेच वरील मुदतीत कैफियत न आल्यास काही सांगावयाचे नाही असे समजून चौकशी पुरी केली जाईल व अर्जाचे निकालाबाबत योग्य ते आदेश दिले जातील.
