Whereas, Development Plan of Gondia (Second Revised) City has been sanctioned by the Government vide Notification No. TPS-2311-2186-C.R. 249 (B)-2011-UD-9, dated 4th April 2012 and has come into force with effect from 15th May, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Development Plan") under Section 31(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"); And whereas, in the said Development Plan, the land bearing Survey No. 356 (Part) admeasuring about 0.56 Hect. of Mouja Gondia is reserved for Site No. S/170 "Primary School" (hereinafter referred to as the "the said Reservation");
And whereas, the Gondia Muncipal Council being the Planning Authority (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority" vide its General Body Resolution No. 7, dated 3rd December 2012 has resolved to delete the said reservation and include the land so released in Residential Zone and accordingly after following the procedure laid down under the said Act, submitted to the Government, for its sanction, a modification proposal as per the provisions of sub-section (I) of Section 37 of the said Act, (hereinafter referred to as "the Proposed Modification");
And whereas, after making necessary enquiries and consulting the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune the Government is of opinion that the proposed Modification in respect of Survey No. 356/1 and 356/3 (part) admeasuring about area 0.14 Hect. should be sanctioned and remaining area of the said reservation to be retained as same;
And whereas, the Land Owner of the land bearing Survey No. 356/1 and 356/3 (part) have deposited Rs. 1,72,900 towards the 50% Government share of 5% premium amount as per the rate of the said land as prescribed in the Annual Statement of Rates (ASR) in the Government Treasury on 22nd January 2019 through the Assistant Director of Town Planning, Gondia Branch, Gondia and remaining 50% of the 5% premium amount Rs. 1,72,900द्धन्रु]क्ष् रू न् ॅ-+ न् ह्यम््र ान्म््र, +]क्ष्दन् ३१-म्दन् ६, २०१९/ॅॅ ९-१५, ॅ १९४१ ३ payable to the Planning Authority has been deposited with the Chief Officer, Gondia Municipal Council, Gondia on 31st January 2019;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under sub-section (2) of Section 37 of the said Act, the Government hereby, sanctions the said Proposed Modification with some changes and for that purpose amends the aforesaid Notification dated the 4th April 2012;
"In the Schedule of Modifications appended to the Notification sanctioning the said Development Plan, the following new entry shall be added after the last entry".—
ENTRY
The land bearing Survey No. 356/1 and 356/3 (part), admessuring about 0.14 Hect. of Mouja Gondia are deleted from Site No. S-170 "Primary School" and included in Residential Zone as shown on the Plan."
A copy of the Notification alongwith the part plan of the aforesaid sanctioned modification, shall be available for inspection of the general public, in the Office of the Chief Officer, Gondia Municipal Council, Gondia during office hours on all working days.

Whereas, the Government in Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS-2299-1001-C.R. 111- UD-9, dated 28th June 2002 has sanctioned the Development Plan for the Bramhapuri Town & came into force with effect from the 26th August 2002 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Development Plan") under Section 31(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act");
And whereas, in the said Development Plan, the land bearing Survey No. 246 admeasuring area 1.00 H.A. of Mouja Bramhapuri is included in Agricultural Zone (hereinafter referred to as the "the said Land");
And whereas, the Bramhapuri Muncipal Council, Bramhapuri being the Planning Authority in respect of the said Land (hereinafter referred to as 'the said Planning Authority") vide its Resolution No. 11, dated 12th October 2017 has resolved to delete the said land to include in Residential zone by carrying out a modification to the said Development Plan, by following all the legal formalities stipulated under Section 37 (1) of the said Act and forwarded the proposal to Government for sanction vide letter dated 9th August 2018 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Modification");
And whereas, in the view of above and after making necessary enquiries and after consulting the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune from the planning point of view the Government is of opinion that the said Modification needs to be rejected;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 37 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, refuses to accord sanction to the said Modification;
This Notificaion shall be kept open for inspection by the general public during office hours in the Office of the Chief Officer, Bramhapuri Municipal Council, Bramhapuri, Dist, Chandrapur;

Declaration of intention to prepare Development Plan
MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.

The Nagbhid Municipal Council by its Special General Body Resolution No. 03, dated 9 September 2019 has declared its intention to prepare Development Plan as per the provisions of Section 23(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Plannning Act, 1966, for the area within its jurisdiction.
A copy of the plan showing the area of which the Development Plan is to be prepared is kept open for inspection by the public on the working day at the office of the Municipal Council as required u/s 23(2) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Suggestions or Objections regarding boundaries of the said to D.P. if any should be communicated in writing to the Municipal Council Office within 60 days from the date of publication of declaration of the said intention in the Maharashtra Government Gazette as required vide Section 23(1) of the Act. Suggestion/Objection received after given period will not be taken into consideration.
