क्रमांक व्हीपीएम. २०१८/प्र.क्र.२५३/पंरा.४ (२२).---भारताच्या संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद २४३ च्या खंड (छ) व महाराष्ट्र ग्रामपंचायत अधिनियम (१९५९ चा तीन) कलम ४ याद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि यासंदर्भात समर्थ करणा-या इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि या संदर्भात काढण्यात आलेल्या पूर्वीच्या सर्व अधिसूचनांचे आणि संलेखांचे अधिक्रमण करून तसेच अहमदनगर जिल्हा परिषदेची स्थायी समिती, अहमदनगर जिल्ह्यतील संगमनेर तालुक्यातील ग्रामपंचायत आणि ग्रामसभा हिवरगाव पठार यांच्याशी विचारविनिमय करून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, याद्वारे अहमदनगर जिल्ह्यतील संगमनेर तालुक्यातील हिवरगाव पठार व शेंडेवाडी या सोबतच्या अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (३) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे महसुली गावाचा समावेश असलेले स्थानिक क्षेत्र हे ज्या दिनांकापासून स्वतंत्र गाव असेल आणि संविधानाच्या भाग ९ च्या प्रयोजनासाठी अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे हिवरगाव पठार आणि शेंडेवाडी या नावाने ओळखले जातील तो दिनांक म्हणून ५ नोव्हेंबर, २०१९ हा दिवस विर्िनदिष्ट करीत आहेत.

NOTIFICATION
CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No.VPM. 2018/CR-253/PR-4 (22).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications and instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar and Village Panchayat and the Gram Sabha Hiwargaon Pathar in Sangamner Tahasil of Ahmednagar District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 5th November, 2019 to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising revenue village of Hiwargaon Pathar and Shendewadi in Sangamner Tahasil of Ahmednagar District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Hiwargaon Pathar and Shendewadi, respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
