In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order No.SEC-N.P.-2019-C.N.-07-O-6, Date 25th September 2019 of the State Election Commission Maharashtra, the Collecter of Chandrapur district porposes to make the following draft order under sub-section (1) of the Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayat and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah. XL of 1965) ( hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to fix for the Gadchandur Municipal Council the number and the extent of the wards into which the said Municipal area shall be divided and to specifiy the wards reserved for Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including Women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of the Citizens) as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to the draft order of the residents of the Gadchadur Municipal Council Consid- ering the objection received by me in respect of the said draft order. I, Kunal Khemnar, the Collector of Chandrapur district in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the said Act, Hereby make the follwoing order namely :- .

Whereas, the Divisional Commissioner and Regional Director of Municipal Administration, Nagpur by his Order No.MUN-19(3)CR-273-2019, Dated 27th November 2019, has fixed for the Gadchandur Municipal Council the number of Councilors to be elected and the Number of seats to be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including the number of seats reserved for Women belonging to the Sched- uled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens) as shown below—

By Order No.SEC-N.P.-2019-C.N.-07-O-6, Date 25th September 2019, of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra read with sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah.XL. of 1965).
