क्रमांक २०४२७/ग-१.-----माननीय सभापती, महाराष्ट्र विधानपरिषद यांचा पुढील निर्णय सर्वसाधारण माहितीकरिता प्रकाशित करण्यात येत आहे :----
" श्री. धनंजय पंडितराव मुंडे, वि.प.स. हे २३३-परळी, जिल्हा बीड या विधानसभा मतदारसंघातून विधानसभेवर निवडून आल्यामुळे त्यांचे महाराष्ट्र विधानपरिषदेचे सदस्यत्व, मुंबईचा एकाचवेळी दोन सदनाचे सदस्य असण्यास प्रतिबंध करण्याबाबत अधिनियम, १९५७ यातील कलम ३, पोट-कलम (२), खंड (ब) च्या उपबंधान्वये दिनांक २४ ऑक्टोबर, २०१९ रोजीपासून (मध्यान्होत्तर) समाप्त झाले असून त्यांचे विधानपरिषदेतील विरोधी पक्षनेते पद देखील दिनांक २४ ऑक्टोबर, २०१९ रोजी (मध्यान्होत्तर) संपुष्टात आले आहे."

No. 20427/G-1.—The following decision of the Honourable Chairman, Maharashtra Legislative Council, is hereby published for general information :—
" Mr. Dhananjay Panditrao Munde, M. L. C. has been elected to the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly from 233-Parli, District Beed constituency, hence, he has ceased to be the member of the Maharashtra Legislative Council with effect from 24th October, 2019 (afternoon) under the provision of clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Bombay Prohibition of Simultaneous Membership Act, 1957 and also has ceased to be the Leader of Opposition in the Maharashtra Legislative Council with effect from 24th October, 2019 (A. N.) ".
