INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE ACT, 1947.
No. IDA.112019/C.R. 71/LAB-2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7 and 8 of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), and with reference to the Notification (1) A-1201/2019, dated the 13th November 2019 and (2) No. A-3902/2019, dated 25th November 2019 of the Registrar General, High Court, Bombay, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Judicial Officer shown in column (2) in place of the judicial officer shown in column (3) as the Presiding Officer, 2nd Labour Court, Kolhapur shown in column (4) of the schedule appointed hereto.
