CORRIGENDUM

No. TPS-2416-C.R.122-UD-9-2016.—

Whereas, in accordance with sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), the Government of Maharashtra has sanctioned part of the Draft Development Plan of Nagpur Metropolitan Area vide Urban Development Department's Notification No. TPS-2416-CR-122(A)- 2016-UD-9, Dated 5th January, 2018 & Exclued part of the said Development Plan has been sanctioned vide Notification No. TPS- 2416-C.R.122(B)-2016-UD-9, dated 21st February, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Development Plan"), ;

And whereas, some typographical mistakes, corrections and changes accordingly are required to be carried out in the Notification of the said Development Plan has been sanctioned ;

Now, therefore, this corrigendum is issued herein respect of such corrections in the sanctioned Notification dated 5th January, 2018 & 21st February, 2019 respectively mentioned in below ;

In exercise of the powers conferred on me, by Order ॅद्धहॅ द्ध-२००४/.ॅ.३४/ॅ-६, ह्यहॅ १७-९-२००४ of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra, the draft order fixing the number of seats to be elected and the extents of the wards into which the said Municipal area of the Municipal Councils to be divided and the wards to be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including Women belonging to the Scheduled Castes,Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of the Citizens) as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to the Draft Order, bearing ॅ-१२-द्धा-१-ॅह्यम्-५४६-२०१९, ह्यहॅ ०५ म्दन् २०१९, was published as required by the proviso to Sub-section (1) of the Section 10 of the Maharashtra Mlunicipal Councils, Nagar Panchayat and Indus- trial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah. XL of 1965) for the information of the residents of the Kalmeshwar-Bramhni Nagar Parishad.

After carefully considering the objections are received by me in respect of the said draft order. I, Ravindra Thakare, Collector of Nagpur District in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Sub-section (1) of section 10 of the said Act, hereby make the following order namely.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order No.SEC-N.P.-2019-C.N.-07-O-6, Date 25th September 2019 of the State Election Commission Maharashtra, the Collecter of Chandrapur district porposes to make the following draft order under sub-section (1) of the Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayat and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah.
