क्रमांक शाकानि.२०१९/प्र.क्र. १०१/१८ (र. व का.).-------महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या कार्यनियमावलीतील नियम ५ च्या उपबंधास अनुसरून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, मुख्यमंत्री यांच्या सल्ल्याने शासन अधिसूचना, सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, शाकानि.२०१९/प्र.क्र. १०१/१८ (र.व का.), दिनांक १२ डिसेंबर २०१९, यामध्ये खालीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करीत आहेत :----
उक्त अधिसूचनेतील,----
१. नोंद क्रमांक ३, ""श्री. छगन चंद्रकांत भुजबळ"", यांच्या नावासमोर स्तंभ (२) मध्ये ""विभाग किंवा त्यांचे भाग"" या शीर्षाखाली,----
(अ) ""जलसंपदा व लाभक्षेत्र विकास"" हे शब्द वगळण्यात येतील ;
(ब) ""अन्न व औषध प्रशासन"" या शब्दानंतर ""अन्न, नागरी पुरवठा व ग्राहक संरक्षण, अल्पसंख्याक विकास"" हे शब्द समाविष्ट करण्यात येतील.
२. नोंद क्रमांक ६, ""श्री. जयंत राजाराम पाटील"", यांच्या नावासमोर स्तंभ (२) मध्ये ""विभाग किंवा त्यांचे भाग"" या शीर्षाखाली,----
(अ) ""अन्न, नागरी पुरवठा व ग्राहक संरक्षण"", आणि ""अल्पसंख्याक विकास"" हे शब्द वगळण्यात येतील ;
(ब) ""कामगार"" या शब्दानंतर ""जलसंपदा व लाभक्षेत्र विकास"" हे शब्द समाविष्ट करण्यात येतील.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA GOVERNMENT RULES OF BUSINESS.
No. ROB.2019 / C.R. 101 / 18 (O & M).— In pursuance of the provisions of rule 5 of the Maharashtra Government Rules of Business, the Governor of Maharashtra has, upon the advice of the Chief Minister, is hereby pleased to amend the Government Notification, General Administration Department, No. ROB.2019 / C.R. 101 / 18 (O & M), dated the 12th December 2019, as follows, namely :—
In the said Notification,—
(i) in entry 3, against the name of " Shri Chhagan Chandrakant Bhujbal ", in column (2), under the heading " Departments or parts of Department ",—
(a) the words " Water Resources and Command Area Development " shall be deleted ;
(b) after the words " Food and Drugs Administration ", the words " Food, Civil supplies and Consumer Protection, Minorities Development " shall be added ;
(ii) in entry 6, against the name of " Shri Jayant Rajaram Patil " in column (2), under the heading " Departments or parts of Department ",—
(a) the words " Food, Civil supplies and Consumer Protection," and the words " Minorities Development " shall be deleted;
(b) after the word " Labour ", the words " Water Resources and Command Area Development " shall be added.
