क्रमांक आयसीई. १२१९/प्र.क्र. १३४/काम-६.---- महाराष्ट्र कामगार न्यायालये व औद्योगिक न्यायालये यांचे न्यायिक अधिकारी (सेवाप्रवेश, नियुक्ती आणि शिस्तभंगाची कारवाई) नियम, २०१४ च्या नियम-५ नुसार प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून मा. उच्च न्यायालय, मुंबई यांनी त्यांचे पत्र क्र. अे १२२६/८३/३३९२/२०१९, दिनांक १० डिसेंबर २०१९ अन्वये केलेल्या शिफारशीनुसार "श्री. अनिल सुब्रमण्यम यांची सदस्य, औद्योगिक न्यायालय, ठाणे " या पदावर नियुक्ती करण्यात येत आहे.
उपरोक्त न्यायिक अधिकायास महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक संबंध अधिनियम, १९४६, औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, १९४७ व महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघटनांना मान्यता देणे व अनुचित प्रथा प्रकार प्रतिबंध अधिनियम, १९७१ अंतर्गत प्रकरणे हाताळण्यासाठी याद्वारे प्राधिकृत करण्यात येत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
No. ICE. 1219/C.R. 134/Lab-6.— In Exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 5 of Maharashtra Judicial Officers of the Labour Courts and Industrial Courts (Recruitment, Appointment and Disciplinary Action) Rules, 2014 and with reference to the letter of Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai No. A. 1226/83/3392/ 2019, dated 10th December 2019. the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints "Shri Anil Subramaniam, as Member, Industrial Court, Thane".
The above Judicial Officer are hereby authorised to deal with the cases under Maharashtra Industrial Relation Act, 1946, Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 and MRTU and PULP Act, 1971.
