क्रमांक एस.एस.आय. २०१९/प्र.क्र.१८९/उद्योग-७.—महाराष्ट्र शासन, उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभाग अधिसूचना क्र. एमएसई. २०१५/प्र.क्र. १५४/उद्योग-७, दिनांक १८ मे २०१६ द्वारे महाराष्ट्र शासनाने सुक्ष्म, लघु व मध्यम उपक्रम विकास अधिनियम, २००६ च्या कलम २० आणि २१ नुसार (२००६ चा २७) महाराष्ट्र सुक्ष्म व लघु उपक्रम सुकरता परिषद नियम, २००७ च्या नियम ३ अन्वये बृहन्मुंबई विभागासाठी (मुंबई शहर आणि मुंबई उपनगर) सुक्ष्म व लघु उपक्रम सुकरता परिषद स्थापन केली आहे. तसेच सदर अधिसूचनेतील अनुसूचित नमूद केल्यानुसार अध्यक्ष, सदस्य व सदस्य-सचिव यांची देखील नेमणूक केलेली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासन, उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभागाच्या अधिसूचना क्र. एस.एस.आय.-२०१६ /प्र.क्र. ५३/उद्योग-७, दिनांक ६ सप्टेंबर, २०१६ नुसार अध्यक्ष, ऑल इंडिया मॅन्युफॅक्चरर्स असोसिएशन आणि सचिव, महाराष्ट्र चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स अँड इंडस्ट्रीज यांना बृहन्मुंबई विभागातील सुक्ष्म व लघु उद्योग किंवा उद्योजकांचे प्रतिनिधी आणि बृहन्मुंबई विभागातील सुक्ष्म आणि लघु उद्योगांना कर्ज पुरवठा करणारी जिल्हा अग्रणी बँक म्हणून बँक ऑफ इंडिया, मुंबई उपनगरचे व्यवस्थापक यांना या परिषदेचे सदस्य म्हणून त्यांच्या

आणि ज्याअर्थी, सध्याच्या सदस्यांचा कालावधी समाप्त झाल्यामुळे बृहन्मुंबई विभागातील सुक्ष्म आणि लघु उद्योग किंवा उद्योगांच्या संघटनांचे प्रतिनिधी आणि बृहन्मुंबई विभागातील सुक्ष्म किंवा लघु उद्योगांना कर्ज पुरवठा करणाया अग्रणी बँकांपैकी मुख्य व्यवस्थापक (जिल्हा अग्रणी बँक) यांची सदर सुकरता परिषदेवर योग्य सदस्याची पुनश्च नियुक्ती करणे महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या विचाराधीन आहे ;

त्याअर्थी आता, सुक्ष्म, लघु आणि मध्यम उपक्रम विकास अधिनियम, २००६ च्या कलम २० आणि २१ (२००६ चा २७) तसेच सुक्ष्म व लघु उपक्रम सुकरता परिषद नियम, २००७ च्या नियम ३ व ४ च्या तरतुदीतील अधिकारांचा आणि याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थन करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे सचिव, बॉम्बे चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स अँड इंडस्ट्रीज, सचिव, महाराष्ट्र चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स, इंडस्ट्रीज अँड अॅग्रीकल्चर आणि मुख्य व्यवस्थापक (जिल्हा अग्रणी बँक व्यवस्थापक), बँक ऑफ इंडिया, मुंबई उपनगरे यांची सदर सुकरता परिषदेवर सदस्य म्हणून त्यांच्या नियुक्त्यांच्या तारखेपासून पुढील तीन वषार्ंच्या कालावधीसाठी नियुक्ती करीत आहे आणि त्यासाठी उक्त अधिसूचनेत पुढीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करण्यात येत आहे :—

या अधिसूचनेसोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीमधील अनुक्रमे २, ३ आणि ४ मध्ये पुढीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करण्यात येत आहे :—

NOTIFICATION

MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT ACT, 2006.

No. SSI-2019/C.R.189/Ind-7.— Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. MSE 2015/C.R. 154/IND-7, dated the 18th May 2016, issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 20 and 21 of the Maharashtra Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006) and rule 3 of the Maharashtra Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2007, established the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council for Greater Mumbai Division (Mumbai City and Mumbai Suburban Districts) and also appointed Chairperson, Members and Member-Secretary thereof as mentioned in the Schedule appended thereto ;

And whereas the Government of Maharashtra has, vide the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. SSI-2016/C.R.53/Ind.-7, dated the 6th September 2016, appointed Chairman, All India Manufacturer's Association and Secretary, Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce and Industries, being representatives of associations of micro or small industries or enterprises in the concerned Revenue Division and District Lead Manager, Bank of India, Mumbai Suburban, being zonal or Regional Manager of one of the lead banks lending money to micro or small enterprises in the concerned Revenue Division, as Members of the said Council for a period of three years from the date of their appointments ;

And whereas due to expiry of the terms of the said members, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to appoint afresh the representatives of associations of micro or small industries or enterprises in the concerned Revenue Division and General Manager of one of the lead banks lending money to micro or small enterprises in the concerned Revenue Division, as Members of the said Council ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 20 and 21 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006) read with rules 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2007 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Secretary, Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Secretary, Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce and Industries and General Manager, Bank of India, Mumbai Suburban District, as Members of the said Council for a period of three years from the date of their appointments and for that purpose, amends the said notification as follows, namely :—

In the Schedule appended to the said notification, for entries 2, 3, and 4, respectively, the following shall be substituted, namely :—

"2. Secretary, Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industries Member ;

3. Secretary, Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce and Industries Member ;

4. General Manager,(District Lead Bank Manager) Bank of India, Member.".
