अधिसूचना
इमारत व इतर बांधकाम कामगार (रोजगार नियमन व सेवाशर्ती) अधिनियम, १९९६.
क्रमांक इमारत-२०१४/प्र. क्र. १६७/काम-७.----ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासन अधिसूचना, उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभाग क्रमांक इमारत- २०१८/प्र.क्र.०७/काम-७, दिनांक ३० जून २०१८ (यात यापुढे ज्याचा ""उक्त अधिसूचना"" असा उल्लेख करण्यात आलेला आहे.) इमारत व इतर बांधकाम कामगार (रोजगार नियमन व सेवाशर्ती) अधिनियम, १९९६ च्या कलम १८ अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, अध्यक्षाचा समावेश असलेले महाराष्ट्र इमारत व इतर बांधकाम कामगार कल्याणकारी मंडळ (यात यापुढे ज्याचा "" उक्त मंडळ "" असा उल्लेख करण्यात आलेला आहे) पुन:गठित करण्यात आले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त मंडळाचे अध्यक्ष बांधकाम कामगारांचे पुरेसे प्रतिनिधित्व करीत नाहीत असे शासनाचे मत झाले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, अधिनियमाच्या तरतुदींचे आणि उक्त मंडळाच्या योजनांच्या प्रभावी अंमलबजावणीसाठी विद्यमान अध्यक्षांच्या जागी मंत्री (कामगार) यांना उक्त मंडळाचे पदसिद्ध अध्यक्ष म्हणून नियुक्त करणे इष्ट वाटते ;
त्याअर्थी, आता इमारत व इतर बांधकाम कामगार (रोजगार नियमन व सेवाशर्ती) अधिनियम, १९९६ च्या कलम १८ व त्यासह महाराष्ट्र इमारत व इतर बांधकाम कामगार (रोजगार नियमन व सेवाशर्ती) नियम, २००७ च्या नियम ३६ पोट-नियम ३ अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे मंत्री (कामगार) यांना उक्त मंडळाच्या अध्यक्षपदी नियुक्त करीत आहे. आणि त्याकरिता उक्त अधिसूचनेमध्ये खालीलप्रमाणे दुरुस्ती करीत आहे.
उक्त अधिसूचनेतील "" श्री. ओमप्रकाश ननकू यादव "" या शब्दांऐवजी "" मंत्री (कामगार) "" हे शब्द अंतभर्ूत होतील.
महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांच्या आदेशानुसार व नावाने, २ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग एक-ल, डिसेंबर २३, २०१९/पौष २, शके १९४१ In pursuance of clause (3) of article 348 of the Constitution of India, the following translation in English of the Government Notification, No. Emarat 2014/CR-167/Kam-7, dated the 23rd December 2019 published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part I-L, Extra Ordinary, is hereby published under the authority of the Governor.

NOTIFICATION
BUILDING AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION WORKERS (REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE) ACT, 1996.
No. Emarat-2014/CR-167/Kam-7.—Whereas by Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. Emarat 2018/CR-07/Kam-7, dated the 30th June 2018 (hereinafter referred to as " the said notification "), the Government of Maharashtra has, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (27 of 1996), reconstituted the Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (hereinafter referred to as "the said Board") inter alia consisting of the Chairperson of the said Board, appointed by the Government ;
And Whereas, the State Government is of the opinion that the Chairperson of the said Board is ceased to represent adequately, the interest of the building workers ;
And Whereas, it is expedient to appoint the Minister for Labour as Ex-officio Chairperson of the said Board in place of the existing Chairperson for the effective implementation of the provisions of the Act and schemes of the said Board ;
Now, therefor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of The Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (27 of 1996) read with sub-rule(3) of rule 36 of the Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2007, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Minister for Labour as a Chairperson of the said Board and for the purpose amends the said notification as follows, namely,—
In the said notification, for the words " Shri Omprakash Nanaku Yadav " the words " Minister For Labour " shall be substituted.
