NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA CONTROL OF ORGANISED CRIME ACT, 1999.
NATIONAL INVESTIGATION AGENCY ACT, 2008.
No. SPC. 1319/C.R. 121/D-IX.— In exercise of the powers conferred by :—
(a) sub-section (1) read with sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 (Mah. XXX of 1999) (MCOCA for short), and
(b) sub-section (1) of sec 22 read with sub-section (3) of section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (Act 34 of 2008) (NIA for short) the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Judges referred in column 2 of schedule shown below as the Special Judge/Additional Special Judges with the concurrence and recommendation of Hon'ble Bombay High Court, Mumbai at the stations shown in column 3 of the schedule for trial of cases filed under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 and cases under all the enactments specified in the Schedule of National Investigaion Agency Act, 2008.
