No. Rule/P.1616/2000.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4(1) of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and in partial modification of the earlier Notifications No.Rule/P.1616/2000, dated 28th July, 2015 and 27th June, 2018 regarding "The Internal Complaints Committee" to deal with the complaints if any, of Sexual Harassment of any woman at work place, the Hon'ble the Chief Justice is pleased to re-constitute the "Internal Complaints Committee" for the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bench at Nagpur as under :—
