क्रमांक मुद्रांक-२०१९/११२४/प्र.क्र.२८०/म-१(धोरण).— महाराष्ट्र मुद्रांक अधिनियम (१९५८ चा ६०) (यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश " उक्त अधिनियम " असा केला आहे) याच्या कलम ९ च्या खंड (अ) तसेच, महाराष्ट्र सर्वसाधारण वाक्खंड अधिनियम ( १९०४ चा १) याच्या कलम २१ द्वारे प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा व त्याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करुन, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे, सार्वजनिक धर्मादाय विश्वस्तव्यवस्था म्हणून नोंदणी केलेल्या आणि ई-३२७० (नागपूर), दिनांक ६ मे २०१७ असा नोंदणी क्रमांक असलेल्या रिसर्च फॉर रिसर्जन्स फांऊडेशन, नागपूर या विश्वस्तव्यवस्थेला, ज्या आदेशाच्या परिशिष्टात विर्िनदिष्ट केलेल्या मौजे म्हसखापर व मौजे झिलपा, ता. काटोल, जि. नागपूर येथे ठिकाणी स्थित असलेल्या जवळपास १०५.६ हे. इतक्या क्षेत्रफळाच्या जमिनींशी संबंधित भूखंडाच्या बाबतीत कोणत्याही व्यक्तीने केलेल्या अभिहस्तांतरण संलेखावर उक्त अधिनियमास जोडलेल्या अनुसूची-१ च्या अनुच्छेद २५ च्या खंड (ब) अन्वये अन्यथा आकारणीयोग्य असलेल्या रु.१,९४,६६,३२० (रुपये एक कोटी चौयाण्णव लाख सहासष्ट हजार तीनशे वीस) इतक्या मुद्रांक शुल्काच्याबाबतीत, सूट तथा माफी दिली होती तो, महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग चार-ब, दिनांक ११ सप्टेंबर, २०१९ यामध्ये प्रसिद्ध केलेला शासन आदेश, महसूल व वन विभाग क्रमांक मुद्रांक-२०१९/११२४/प्र.क्र.२८०/म-१ (धोरण), दिनांक ११ सप्टेंबर, २०१९ (यात ज्याचा निर्देश " जो आदेश " असा केला आहे) याद्वारे विखंडित करीत आहे.

MAHARASHTRA STAMP ACT.

No. Mudrank-2019/1124/C.R.No.280/M-1 (Dhoran).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 9 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act (LX of 1958) read with section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act (I of 1904) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby rescinds the Government Order, Revenue and Forests Department, No. Mudrank- 2019/1124/C.R.No.280/M-1 (Dhoran), dated 11th September 2019 published in the Maharashtra Government Gazzette, Extraordinary, Part IV-B, dated the 11th September 2019 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Order") whereby the remission was given in respect of the stamp duty of Rs. 1,94,66,320 (rupees one crore ninty four lakhs sixty six thousand three hundred and twenty only) as otherwise chargeable under clause (b) of article 25 of Schedule-I appended to the said Act on the instrument of conveyance executed by any person in favour of the Research For Resurgence Foundation, Nagpur, a public charitable trust registered under the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act (XXIX of 1950) bearing Registration No. E-3270 (Nagpur), dated 6th May 2017, in respect of the land parcels admeasuring nearly 105.6 hectares located at Mauja Mhaskhapara and Mauja Zilapa of Taluka Katol, Dist. Nagpur, as specified in the Appendix of the said order.

नोंदणी अधिनियम, १९०८.

क्रमांक नोंदणी-२०१९/११२४/प्र.क्र.२८०/म-१(धोरण).— नोंदणी अधिनियम, १९०८ (१९०८ चा १६) महाराष्ट्र राज्यास लागू असताना, त्याच्या कलम ८७ च्या खंड (क) व कलम ७९ याद्वारे तसेच सर्वसाधारण वाक्खंड अधिनियम, १८९७ (१८९७ चा १०) याच्या कलम २१ द्वारे प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा व त्याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करुन, महाराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वारे, शासन अधिसूचना, महसूल व वन विभाग, क्रमांक आरजीएन-१५५८/६७७३१-एन, दिनांक १७ जुलै, १९६१ (यात यापुढे जिचा निर्देश " उक्त अधिसूचना " असा केला आहे) यामध्ये पुढील प्रमाणे सुधारणा करीत आहे :–

महाराष्ट्र सार्वजनिक विश्वस्तव्यवस्था अधिनियम (१९५० चा २९) च्या तरतूदींन्वये एक सार्वजनिक विश्वस्तव्यवस्था म्हणून नोंदणी केलेल्या आणि क्रमांक ई-३२७० (नागपूर), दिनांक ६ मे, २०१७ असा नोंदणी क्रमांक असलेल्या, रिसर्च फॉर रिसर्जन्स फाऊंडेशन, नागपूर च्या नावे उक्त अधिसूचनेच्या परिशिष्टात विर्िनदिष्ट केलेल्या मौजे म्हसखापर व मौजे झिलपा, ता. काटोल, जि. नागपूर येथे ठिकाणी स्थित असलेल्या जवळपास १०५.६ हे. इतक्या क्षेत्रफळाच्या जमिनींशी संबंधित भूखंडाच्या बाबतीत कोणत्याही व्यक्तीने केलेल्या अभिहस्तांतरण किंवा विक्रीच्या संलेखावर नोंदणी शुल्क माफ करण्याकरिता तथा न आकारण्याकरिता शासन अधिसूचना, महसूल व वन विभाग, क्रमांक आरजीएन-२०१९/ ११२४/ प्र.क्र. २८०/एम-१ (धोरण), दिनांक ११ सप्टेंबर, २०१९ द्वारे उक्त अधिसूचनेच्या शुल्क तक्त्यातील अनुच्छेद-१ मध्ये जादा दाखल केलेली टीप ६७ याद्वारे वगळण्यात येत आहे.

NOTIFICATION

REGISTRATION ACT, 1908.

No. RGN-2019/1124/C.R. No. 280/M-1 (Dhoran).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 78 and section 79 of the Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, read with section 21 of General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the Government Notification, Revenue and Forests Department No. RGN. 1558/67731-N, dated 17th July, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Notification") as follows :—

In the said notification in the Table of Fees, in article-I, a Note 67 added by the Government Notification, Revenue and Forests Department, No.RGN-2019/1124/C.R.No.280/M-1 (Dhoran), dated 11th September 2019, relating to the instrument of conveyance or sale deed executed by any person in favour of the Research For Resurgence Foundation, Nagpur, a public charitable trust registered under the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act (XXIX of 1950) bearing Registration No.E-3270 (Nagpur), dated 6th May 2017, in respect of the land parcels admeasuring nearly 105.6 hectares located at Mauja Mhaskhapara and Mauja Zilapa of Taluka Katol, Dist. Nagpur, specified in the Appendix annexed thereto, shall be deleted.
