महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६.
क्रमांक पीसीएन. ३०१७/प्र.क्र.५३३/नवि-२२.ज्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्र शासनाने, पिंपरी-चिंचवड नवनगर हद्दीतील जागा संपादन, विकास व वितरण करणे यासाठी महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ मध्ये (१९६६ चा महा.३७) मधील कलम ११३ च्या पोट- कलम (२) व (६) खाली शासन अधिसूचना, नगरविकास, सार्वजनिक आरोग्य व गृहनिर्माण विभाग क्रमांक आरपीपी. ११७०/१६३१९/आरपीसी II, दिनांक १४ मार्च १९७२ अन्वये अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष व इतर सदस्य असलेल्या पिंपरी-चिंचवड नवनगर विकास प्राधिकरणाची स्थापना केली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, शासन अधिसूचना, नगरविकास विभाग क्रमांक पीसीएन. ३०१३/प्र.क्र.५८/नवि-२२, दिनांक २१ जानेवारी २०१३ अन्वये या प्राधिकरणाची पुनर्रचना करण्यात आली होती, आणि या अधिसूचनेन्वये अध्यक्षांची नियुक्ती करण्यात आली होती ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी शासन अधिसूचना, नगरविकास विभाग क्रमांक पीसीएन. ३०१७/प्र.क्र.५३३/नवि-२२, दिनांक ६ सप्टेंबर २०१८ अन्वये शासनाने सदर प्राधिकरणाचे अध्यक्ष म्हणून श्री. सदाशिव दादासाहेब खाडे यांची नियुक्ती करण्यात आली होती ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, सदर प्राधिकरणाचे अध्यक्ष म्हणून श्री. सदाशिव दादासाहेब खाडे यांच्या ऐवजी विभागीय आयुक्त, पुणे विभाग, पुणे यांची नियुक्ती शासनास इष्ट वाटते.
त्याअर्थी, आता, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ११३ च्या पोट-कलम (२) व (६) तसेच कलम ७ द्वारे प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून व त्याबाबत त्यास समर्थ करणाया अन्य सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन, न्यू टाऊन डेव्हलपमेंट अॅथॉरिटी (टम्र्स ऑफ ऑफिस अॅन्ड कन्डीशन्स ऑफ र्सव्िहस ऑफ मेंबर्स) रूल्स, १९७६ मधील नियम ३ नुसार महाराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वारे विभागीय आयुक्त, पुणे विभाग, पुणे यांची सदर प्राधिकरणाचे अध्यक्ष म्हणून नियुक्ती करण्यासाठी शासन अधिसूचना क्रमांक पीसीएन. ३०१७/प्र.क्र.५३३/नवि-२२, दिनांक ६ सप्टेंबर २०१८ मध्ये खालीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करत आहेत :
सदर अधिसूचनेमध्ये नमूद केलेल्या (१) श्री. सदाशिव दादासाहेब खाडे, अध्यक्ष याऐवजी : "(१) विभागीय आयुक्त, पुणे विभाग, पुणे, अध्यक्ष" असे वाचावे.
महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांच्या आदेशानुसार व नावाने, २ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग एक-अ मध्य उप-विभाग, फेब्रुवारी ३, २०२०/माघ १४, शके १९४१ URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT Madam Kama Road, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032, dated the 3rd February, 2020.
NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.
No.PCN. 3017/C.R.533/UD-22.Whereas, by Government Notification, Urban Development, Public Health and Housing Department, No. RPP. 1170/16319/RPC-II, dated the 14th March 1972, issued under sub-section (2) read with sub-section (6) of section 113 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah. XXXVII of 1966), the Government of Maharashtra, for the purpose of acquiring, development and disposing of lands in the area of the Pimpari-Chinchwad New Town, has constituted the Pimpari-Chinchwad New Town Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as "the said Authority"),consisting of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and other members;
And Whereas, the said Authority has been reconstituted by the Government Notification, Urban Development Department, No.PCN. 3013/C.R.58/UD-22, dated the 21st January 2013 by appointing the Chairman, of the said Authority;
And Whereas, vide the Government Notification, Urban Development Department, No. PCN. 3017/C.R.533/UD-22, dated the 6th September 2018 the Government of Maharashtra has appointed Shri Sadashiv Dadasaheb Khade is as a Chairman of the said Authority;
And Whereas, the Government considers it expedient to appoint The Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune in the place of Shri Sadashiv dadasaheb Khade, as a Chairman of the said Authority.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) read with the sub-section (6) of section 113 and section 7 of the said Act and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in Pursuance Rule 3 of The Maharashtra New Town Development Authority (Terms of Office and conditions of Service of Members) Rules, 1976 the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the Government Notification, Urban Development Department No. PCN. 3017/C.R.533/UD-22, dated the 6th September 2018 and appoint the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, as a Chairman of the said Authority, till further orders, as follows:
In the said notification, for the brackets, number and words "(1) Shri Sadashiv Dadasaheb Khade:
Chairman", the following shall be substituted, namely:
"(1) The Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune , Chairman."
