क्रमांक कृपम. ०७१९/प्र.क्र. १२२/२१-स.----महाराष्ट्र कृषि उत्पन्न (विकास व विनियमन) अधिनियम, १९६३ मधील कलम ५८ अन्वये शासनास प्राप्त असलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र कृषि उत्पन्न बाजार समित्या (समितीची निवडणूक) नियम, २०१७ मधील नियम १० चे अधिकार रकाना क्र. (२) मध्ये नमूद अधिकायांना रकाना क्र. (३) नुसार त्याच्या नावासमोर दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे प्रदान करण्यात येत आहेत :--

No. KPM. 0719/C.R.122/21-C.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 58 of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby delegates to the officers specified in column (2) of the Schedule hereto the powers exercisable by the State Government, or as the case may be by the Director under Rule 10 of the Agricultural Produce Market Committees (Committee Elections) Rule, 2017 respectively specified against them in column (3) of the said Schedule :—
