क्रमांक आयडीसी. २०१६/(५३)/उद्योग १४.-----ज्याअर्थी, अनुसूचीत उल्लेखिलेल्या क्षेत्रात महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ चे प्रकरण सहा, जे अधिसूचना क्रमांक आयडीसी २१२४/(९३६४)/ उ-१४, दिनांक ५ सप्टेंबर, २००५ अन्वये महाराष्ट्र शासनाने सदर अधिसूचनेच्या अनुसूचीत उल्लेखिलेल्या क्षेत्रात महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ (१९६२ चा महा.तीन) (यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख " उक्त क्षेत्र " असा करण्यात येईल) चे कलम सहा, दिनांक १६ सप्टेंबर २००५ रोजी अंमलात आणले होते व उक्त अधिनियमाच्या आधारे उक्त अनुसूचीत नमूद केलेले क्षेत्र अधिनियमाच्या कलम २, खंड (ग) अन्वये औद्योगिक क्षेत्र म्हणून जाहीर केलेले आहे;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, यासोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीत उल्लेखिलेल्या मौजे मुरबाड, तालुका मुरबाड, जि. ठाणे येथील काही जमिनी अधिसूचनेच्या अनुसूचीत उल्लेखिलेल्या क्षेत्रात (यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख " उक्त क्षेत्र " असा करण्यात येईल) औद्योगिक क्षेत्राच्या विकासासाठी आवश्यक नाहीत असे महाराष्ट्र सरकारचे मत झाले आहे.
त्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम १, पोट-कलम (३) व कलम २, खंड (ग) अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या शक्तींचा वापर करून व महाराष्ट्र जनरल क्लॉजेस अॅक्ट च्या कलम २१ सह वाचावे (१९०४ चा १) चा संदर्भ घेऊन महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे खालील उल्लेख केलेल्या क्षेत्रात ज्या गोष्टी झाल्या आहेत किंवा ज्या गोष्टी करावयाच्या ठरविल्या आहेत त्या सोडून महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ चे कलम प्रकरण सहा, दिनांक २२ सप्टेंबर २०१६ पासून रद्द करीत आहे, आणि सदर क्षेत्र हे जाहीर केलेल्या औद्योगिक क्षेत्राचा भाग राहणार नाही.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1961.
No. IDC 2016/(53)/IND 14. – Whereas, by the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. IDC. 2124/(9364)/IND-14, dated the 5th September 2005, issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah.III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as ''the said Act"), the Government of Maharashtra has appointed the 16th September 2005, to be the date from which the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act shall take effect in the areas mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification and declared those areas as an industrial area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is of the opinion that the area in the village Murbad in Murbad Taluka of Thane District, mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter referred to as ''the said area"), are not required for the purpose of development as an industrial area.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (3) of section 1 and clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act read with section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act (I of 1904) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 22nd September 2016, declares that the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act shall ceased to be in force in the said areas and the said areas shall not be the industrial area so declared, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before that date.

धारणाधिकाराच्या जमिनीकरीता भोगवटादाराचा परिपूर्ण अर्ज प्राप्त झाल्यापासून विकास परवानगी मिळविण्यासाठी ना-हरकत प्रमाणपत्र देणे.

No. CDA. 2016/(389/16)/CAD (Works).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sec. of 1 (3) of Maharashtra Management of Irrigation System by Farmers (MMISF) Act, 2005 (Mah. 23 of 2005) the Governor of the State of Maharashtra, hereby, notifies Areas, Irrigation Projects, Sections of the Act and Date of Applications as specified in columns (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) of the table below for bringing in force the Act. In said notified area, as provided under Sec. 7 of the Act, no water shall be supplied by the Appropriate Authority to an individual holder or occupier of such land and the system of supply of water through Water Users Association shall be binding on all the holders and occupiers of the land under Management of Irrigation System by Farmers Act, 2005 :—
