महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल संहिता, १९६६.
क्रमांक जमीन. २०१६/प्र.क्र. ३०२/ज-१.----महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल संहिता, १९६६ (१९६६ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम ४१) याच्या कलम ३२८, च्या पोट-कलम (१) व पोट-कलम (२) चे खंड (चार), (दहा), (चौदा) आणि (त्रेसष्ठ) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा व त्याबाबत महाराष्ट्र शासनास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल (सरकारी जमिनीची विल्हेवाट करणे) नियम १९७१ मध्ये सुधारणा करण्यासाठी पुढील नियम करीत आहेत, या नियमाचा पुढील मसुदा उक्त संहितेच्या कलम ३२९, च्या पोट-कलम (१) द्वारे आवश्यक असल्याप्रमाणे, त्याद्वारे बाधा पोहचण्याचा संभव असलेल्या सर्व व्यक्तींच्या माहितीसाठी त्याद्वारे प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत आहे आणि अशी नोटीस देण्यात येत आहे की, उक्त मसुदा दिनांक ३१ मार्च २०२० किंवा त्यानंतर महाराष्ट्र शासन विचारात घेईल.
२. महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे अपर मुख्य सचिव (महसूल) महसूल व वन विभाग, मादाम कामा मार्ग, हुतात्मा राजगुरू चौक, मंत्रालय, मुंबई ४०० ०३२ यांचेकडे वरील दिनांकास अथवा त्यापूर्वी उक्त मसुद्याच्या संबंधात कोणत्याही व्यक्तीकडून प्राप्त होणाया हरकती व सूचना शासनाकडून विचारात घेण्यात येतील.
नियमांचा मसुदा
१. या नियमांना, " महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल (सरकारी जमिनीची विल्हेवाट करणे) (द्वितीय सुधारणा) नियम, २०२० " असे म्हणावे. २. महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल (सरकारी जमिनीची विल्हेवाट करणे) नियम, १९७१ मधील नियम, ११ च्या पोट-नियम (५) मध्ये शब्द आणि अंकात, " रुपये ३५,००० " या मजकुराऐवजी " रुपये ८,००,००० " हा मजकूर दाखल करण्यात येईल.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA LAND REVENUE CODE, 1966.
No. Jamin. 2016/C.R. 302/J-1 .—The following draft of rules further to amend the Maharashtra Land Revenue (Disposal of Government of Lands) Rules, 1971, which the Government of Maharashtra, proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clauses (iv), (x) and (lxiii) of sub- section (2) of section 328 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 ( Mah. XLI of 1966) and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, is hereby published as required by sub-section (1) of section 329 of the said Code, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after dated 31st March, 2020.
2. Any objection or suggestion, which may be received by the Additional Chief Secretary (Revenue), to the Government of Maharashtra, Revenue and Forests Department, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032, from any person with respect to the said draft on or before the aforesaid date, will be considered by the Government.
DRAFT RULES
1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Land Revenue (Disposal of Government of Lands) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2020.
2. In rule 11 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue (Disposal of Government of Lands) Rules, 1971, in sub-rule (5) for the letters and figures " Rs. 35000 ", the letters and figures " Rs. 8,00,000 " shall be substituted.
