क्रमांक मऔविम/आय.आय.ए./ई-१८८१९/२०२०.------ज्याअर्थी, शासनाचे उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभागाची अधिसूचना क्र. म.औ.धो.- १९१६/प्र.क्र. २२१/उद्योग-२, दिनांक १४ फेब्रुवारी २०१८ अन्वये महाराष्ट्राचे लॉजिस्टिक पार्क (Logistic Park) धोरण-२०१८ जाहीर करण्यात आले. (यापुढे उक्त धोरण असे नमूद केले आहे.) ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त धोरणानुसार राज्यात एकात्मिक लॉजिस्टिक पार्कच्या विकसनासाठी महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळ हे विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण म्हणून घोषित केले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ चे कलम ४३(१-ब) नुसार महामंडळास कोणत्याही औद्योगिक क्षेत्राला राजपत्रातील अधिसूचनेद्वारे ' एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्र ' म्हणून अधिसूचित करता येईल व सदर एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्रास महामंडळ ' विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण ' म्हणून महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ च्या कलम-११५(३) अन्वये काम करू शकेल ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, मे. दादाजी धाकजी लॉजिस्टिक प्रा. लि. यांनी अर्जान्वये प्रस्तावित मौजे कोप्रोली, ता. उरण, जि. रायगड येथील क्षेत्राला एकात्मिक लॉजिस्टिक पार्क म्हणून घोषित करण्याची महामंडळास विनंती केली आहे ;
आणि, ज्याअर्थी, दिनांक २८ मे २०१९ रोजी संपन्न झालेल्या १०६ व्या उच्चाधिकार समितीच्या बैठकीत मे. दादाजी धाकजी लॉजिस्टिक प्रा. लि.
यांचे प्रस्तावित मौजे कोप्रोली, ता. उरण, जि. रायगड येथील क्षेत्राला एकात्मिक लॉजिस्टिक पार्क विकासाला सहमती दर्शविली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, मे. दादाजी धाकजी लॉजिस्टिक प्रा. लि. यांनी दिनांक १३ डिसेंबर २०१९ रोजीच्या अर्जान्वये प्रस्तावित प्रकल्पाचे नाव मे. कारवान लॉजीपार्क प्रा. लि. असे बदल करण्याची विनंती केली असून, कंपनी रजिस्ट्रार, मुंबई आणि बोर्ड ठराव यांनी जारी केलेले नाव बदलल्यानंतर अंतभर्ूत असण्याचे नवीन प्रमाणपत्र सादर केले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभागाने त्यांची अधिसूचना क्र. आय.डी.सी. २०१९/प्र.क्र. ६५७/उ.१४, दिनांक २ जानेवारी २०२० अन्वये मौजे कोप्रोली, ता. उरण, जि. रायगड येथील ४.१७७० हे. आर. क्षेत्र महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ चे कलम २(खंड-ग) अन्वये औद्योगिक क्षेत्र म्हणून जाहीर केले आहे ;

भाग दोन--२५--१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग दोन, फेब्रुवारी १८, २०२०/माघ २९, शके १९४१ त्याअर्थी, शासनाचे महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ (सन २०१३ चा सुधारणा अधिनियम, १५) च्या कलम ४३ (खंड-१ब) आणि अन्वये महामंडळास प्रदान केलेल्या शक्तीचा वापर करून मी, डॉ. पी. अनबलगन, मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळ याद्वारे उपरोक्त अधिसूचित झालेल्या मौजे कोप्रोली, ता. उरण, जि. रायगड येथील खालील अनुसूचीत उल्लेखिलेल्या औद्योगिक खाजगी क्षेत्रास ' एकात्मिक लॉजिस्टिक पार्क ' म्हणून घोषित करीत आहे.
उक्त अधिसूचनेची प्रत व सोबत स्थळ निश्चिती चतु:सीमा दर्शविलेला नकाशा हा या अधिसूचनेचा भाग समजण्यात यावा. तसेच सदर अधिसूचना ही महामंडळाच्या www.midcindia.org या वेबसाईटवर उपलब्ध असेल.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1961.
No. MIDC/IIA/E18819/2020.—Whereas, Maharashtra Logistic Park Policy-2018 has been published by Government in Industries, Energy and Labour Department vide its Notification No. 1916/C.R.221/Industry-2, dated 14th February 2018 (Herein referred as the said Policy) ;
And whereas, as per the said Policy, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) is declared as the Special Planning Authority for the development of Integrated Logistics Parks across the State ;
And whereas, as per section 43(1B) of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961, that subject to the general or specific directions of the State Government, the Corporation may, by notification in the Official Gazette, notify any industrial area as the ' Integrated Industrial Area ' and upon such notification, the Corporation shall become the Special Planning Authority for such ' Integrated Logistic Park' under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 ;
And whereas, M/s. Dadaji Dhackjee Logistics Pvt. Ltd. made an application requesting MIDC to notify their proposed project area in Village Koproli, Taluka Uran, District Raigad as Integrated Logistic Park ;
And whereas, the High Power Committee in its 106th meeting held on 28th May 2019 has approved the proposal of an Integrated Logistics Park proposed to be developed by, M/s. Dadaji Dhackjee Logistics Pvt. Ltd. in Village Koproli, Taluka Uran, District Raigad;
And whereas, vide letter dated 13th December 2019, M/s. Dadaji Dhackjee Logistics Pvt. Ltd. made an application requesting to change the name of the project proponent to M/s. Caravan Logipark Pvt. Ltd. along with submission of a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of Name issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai and Board Resolution ;
And whereas, vide its, Notification No.IDC-2019/CR 657/Ind-14, dated 2nd January 2020 of Industries, Energy and Labour Department, Government of Maharashtra declared 4.1770 Ha area of Village Koproli, Taluka Uran, District Raigad to be an ' Industrial Area ' under clause (g) of section 2 of Maharashtra Development Act, 1961.
Since, the Government of Maharashtra, by clause (1B) of section 43 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. XV of 2013), conferred the power to declare an Integrated Logistic Park, for the purpose of the said Act to the Chief Executive Officer, MIDC, Dr. P. Anbalagan, in exercise of the power under the said Act hereby notify the area at Village Koproli, Taluka Uran, District Raigad as per appended schedule as Integrated Logistic Park ;
A copy of this Notification and plan showing boundaries of the proposed Integrated Logistic Park shall form part of this Notification.
