क्रमांक ईएसआय २०१९/प्र.क्र. ११७/काम-३.----कर्मचारी राज्य विमा अधिनियम, १९४८ (१९४८ चा ३४) च्या कलम ८७ व कलम ९१(क) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे, मे. जवाहर शेतकरी सहकारी सूत गिरणी लि., धुळे या आस्थापनेस उक्त अधिनियमाच्या अंमलबजावणीतून दिनांक २१ मे २०१९ ते दिनांक २० मे २०२० या कालावधीसाठी सूट देण्यात येत आहे.

R. 117/Labour-3.—In exercise of the powers conferred under section 87 and 91-A of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) and all other powers enabling in that behalf the Government of Maharashtra hereby pleased to exempt M/s. Jawahar Shetkari Sahkri Sut Girni Maryadit, Dhule from implementation of the provisions of the said Act for the period of dated 21st May 2019 to 20th May 2020.
