The Municipal Council, Pusad vide its General Body Resolution No. 14, Dated 22nd July 2019 has decided to make minor Modification. The description of the proposed Minor Modification is as under.

The land in Pusad Municipal limit Mauje Pusad Khand-1, S.No. 33/2 area measuring 0.60 H. A. of Shri Dr. Birbal Chandusing Pawar, Pusad reserved for Agriculture Zone in sanction Development Plan of Pusad Town.

Minor modification under Section 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

DRAFT-ORDER

No. MCP-PWD-353-2020.—

The Development Plan of Pusad Town has been sanctioned by Maharashtra Government Urban Development and Public Health Department vide Resolution No.TPS-2795-1267-CR-95-UD-13, dated 26th May 1998 and came into force from 26th July 1998.

The Municipal Council, Pusad vide its General Body resolution No. 14 Dated 22nd July 2019 has been decided to make minor Modification. The description of the proposed Minor Modification is as under.—

The land in Pusad Municipal limit Mauje Pusad Khand-2, S.No. 18/2 area admeasuring 1.00 H. A. of Sau. Madhavi Sachin Pote & Other 5, Pusad reserved for Agriculture Zone in sanction Development Plan of Pusad Town.

The said part of Mauje Pusad Khand-2, S.No. 18/2 area admeasuring 1.00 H. A. of Sau. Madhavi Sachin Pote & Other 5, Pusad may be excluded from Agriculture Zone and included in the Residential Zone in Development Plan of Pusad Town.

The part plan showing the above Minor Modifications is made available for public inspection during office hours on all working days in the office of the Municipal Council, Pusad.

The objections and suggestions in respect of above proposed modification received in writing within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.

The suggestions or objections received within stipulated time would be considered before submit- ting the proposal to Government for saction.
